Food was ok buddy burger was pretty dry tho with no sauce, the staff is very nice and try their best but I feel they are over worked. Why there are only 2 people in the kitchen and 1 person upfront during busy hours makes no sense to me. But I guess cheaper for company so they dont care. Generally feel bad for the workers whenever I walk by. But I guess renovations were more important that employees. Oh and the cut all their onion in their back office which I dont think is to code

We never saw anybody washing their hands. It was sad to see them prepare burgers without gloves..when asked they said it was not in their policy. Such a horrible experience!

I would like to appreciate Ashiga for her excellent customer service at A&W. She was very courteous, patient, and helpful while taking my order. Her positive attitude and warm smile really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. She is a great asset to the team

Went the fist time to a&w in thunder bay the person serving me did not listen to what I had asked for when I got my order it was wrong she snapped at me and made me pay for a new one not happy at all with the service

The worst A&W so far…I keep seeing the manager taking constant smoke breaks…I wonder if she even washes her hands properly…. Very rude towards customer. I saw her being rude towards her minimum wage employees even though they were working super hard. She had her phone out on the main counter while enjoying her drink!

Tried the Masala Veggie Burger for the first time by recommendation from a friend, really yummy. :) The onion rings were too salty for me however, not sure if that's how they come normally so maybe try asking for less salt. The flavour was nice though.

I’ve been going to this a&w since I was probably 10 or 11 years old. (26 now) I’m not sure what happened but the manager or boss or whoever is bossing around the staff makes it almost unbearable to go there. The way she snaps at her minimum wage staff scares me as a customer. I will only go if I don’t see her in the vicinity.

Tried to order a combo and was told they had no pop and that I could get juice instead but have to pay extra. Why should the customer have to pay extra because the restaurant doesn't have what they advertise?

Service is terrible. Gave away my order to the wrong person, made me stand for 15 minutes for a new order. Lots of people who ordered way after got their food way before me. Customer service and organization is very low. Owner/manager of this restaurant should be ashamed.

Was stand waiting to be asked what I would like. Employee was talking to the customer before about what he was doing after work and may they can meet up and hang out. Order a poutine had no gravy on it. Had to bring it back up.
