Just helping to get this place 4 stars but the food is good the service is friendly, the wait is reasonable like, cooking,serving the meal.

Was stand waiting to be asked what I would like. Employee was talking to the customer before about what he was doing after work and may they can meet up and hang out. Order a poutine had no gravy on it. Had to bring it back up.

Why advertise items if you can't have them ready?I've attempted your drive thru a couple of times. No gravy at 6pm is just ridiculous! How do you make your poutine? Oh wait, you just don't! Can I get 2 apple turnovers for the kids? No sorry we only have 1. It was 530pm!Dont waste your time people! Drive down to Memorial where they have your food ready.

I got so much little cheese on burger yesterday than i expected

I had no option to give a zero rating; otherwise, I would have done so! This was the worst A&W experience ever! I can't find words to express how disgusting my visit was. I ordered a Veg Spicy Peri Peri Potato Buddy Burger, but I received a "BEEF" burger instead! I took one bite, trusting the company, but then realized it wasn't potato; it was a beef burger! As a pure vegetarian by religion, I don't eat meat. I understand that mistakes happen, but when handling a "vegetarian order," extra care should be taken. The only response I received was a replacement with potato burger and an apology; there was no compensation or anything else. I won't return here, and I will share this experience with my friends, recommending that they should avoid this place.

I bought 2 sausage Eggers on English muffin alot of greese on first bite didn't finish the second gave it awayDon't think I'll breakfast there again,Did not feel well after first one
