We waited over 1/2 hour for our food after waiting over 1/2 hour for service. My food was cold and my son’s was overcooked. We only saw our waitress once and had to ask other servers to find her to check on our food and get the check. You couldn’t air on the patio which is the only good views so didn’t get that either. Really terrible service and food especially for the price! Would NOT recommend!

I don’t know if I was just hungry but this might have been the best burger of my life.

What an amazing night at the Delta. Our outstanding server Nithin made our birthday celebration a memorable experience. Thanks to Jane for her organization too. What a team approach! Food was fab too !

We went for breakfast when the restaurant was not busy, ordered our food, and waited a long time. People who came in and ordered after us got their food first and when our food came out, it was cold. The food was overpriced to begin with but when it clearly sat in the back, not even under a warmer, for a long time, I didn’t want to pay for any of it. The manager came to apologize and gave us 10% off food most of us didn’t even eat half of. Good on them to apologize but 10% off was a joke. I will never eat there again and definitely won’t recommend it. Do better Anchor & Ore.

ANCHOR & ORE is a delightful restaurant… and it must be noted that you don’t have to be staying at the Delta Hotel to eat there!!! Comfortable seating, floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful view of the marina make for a special atmosphere. Perfect for a date, anniversary, get-together with friends… or a family outing with a dear old aunt and cousin, like we did! The food is tasty with a wonderful presentation without being overly fancy. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. Wheelchair accessible. Highly recommend!

Our second time going to the Mother’s Day brunch, we absolutely loved everything from the fancy table settings, wonderful jazz trio, amazing delicious food, excellent service and thoughtful details everywhere you look. The desert table made our kids dreams come true!

My family had an amazing visit to Anchor and Ore in Thunder Bay! I went with my wife and her mother for the Mother’s Day brunch, and they were both so happy with the food and service. A huge thanks to Nithin. He was absolutely amazing with his recommendations and service. He even took the time to explain the entire floor layout so I wouldn’t get confused. I would go back there for only two things: Nithin and the view of Lake Superior. He recommended the Mushroom Ravioli, and it was to die for. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced brunch, dried out hunk of beef, only other meat was sausages, 3 sad looking salads, no scrambled eggs, gross looking butter chicken and plain rice, limited dessert and fruit. Very disappointed. 2 people ate $5 worth of food for $100. Please do better Anchor and Ore. Your chairs are worn out and I felt like my bum would be on the floor.

Out of all the trips we have been on and the restaurants we have ate at this was the worst service and worst food ever. We even talked to the manager on duty and she didn't care.

Shaheen did a good job with directing people when things got busy.
