Arby's is by far the best fast food restaurant in Thunder Bay. They CONSISTENTLY prove that the food is good, service is wonderful, and I ALWAYS get what I ordered and how I ordered it. The other big chain fast food restaurant's will mess up your order or forget something, I can almost guarantee it. I don't even have to look in the bag to make sure everything is there. They have never let me down. The Manager, Joe, is excellent and clearly takes pride, as his employees are always so pleasent and competent in their work. I'll be returning again, that's for sure! Now WE have the meats 😆

We love this Arby's. Each year we travel through Thunder Bay and look forward to stopping in. The staff is very friendly, kind and efficient. We got there after their dining room closed, we were pulling a trailer and couldn't go through the drive-thru but they let me walk up!!!
Great beef and cheddar and loaded curly fries. Don't forget to ask for extra meat if you can handle it.
