Always awesome. Disappointed that they put all the gravy at the bottom of my poutine… no melted cheese or anything! As a Canadian, this hurts my heart, bc I usually love the poutines from here. There was also like no gravy at all… on the poutine… it’s basically just cheese curds & fries..

I should preface this by saying that I'm not historically a big fan of Arby's.We came in because of some ridiculously funny radio ad about how Arby's doesn't do "traditional" poutine (they've got some new take on poutine where they use their curly fries, cheese curds, gravy, barbecue sauce, and shaved meat). Seriously, this ad is pretty great.We ordered two of the advertised poutines. We ended up with three because I made a mistake when ordering and the staff were gracious enough to fix it for no extra charge (I assumed that they replaced the gravy with barbecue sauce, so when my partner ordered one with no sauce— just fries, cheese, and meat—we discovered they still put gravy on it like normal instead of both like advertised. Whoops).Arby's makes a boss poutine. I don't know when we'll be back because we don't typically eat out all that often, but we were impressed. The store was clean and the staff were very gracious about fixing my mistake/misunderstanding. Keep this new poutine on the menu and we'll be back!

Honored our two can dine beef & cheddar meals coupon! Thanks Arby's! We were heading to Winnipeg for 12 days and there's no Arby's there!!!???So we had to stop here in Thunder Bay today!!Parking: The parking is at the back and you exit the same way you enter unless you are going through the drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and entrance from the back parking is on the left side of the building, drive thru on the right.
