Bathroom appeared to be out of service, staff worker seen leaving the bathroom and saying that it's good to be used. Other staff members advising not to use the bathroom and using poor word choice and attitude when saying not to use it. Portions were unfair and lacking. Service was disturbing and uncomfortable. Will not come again.

It was really awkward walking there and talking to the lady who was taking the order it was really slow and she was very indecisive about the items. It was highly recommended to hire the correct staff who knows what are the available items. Also the chef was screaming from the kitchen about the orders. Even though we were only there with no other customers. It was a total chaos and we left without eating because of all this confusion.

Came in after a workout, 2 people were in front, only 1 worker on shift. I guess the worker had a number of delivery items, at one point he had to make a call, the 2 people in front of me grew to 4 behind me, all the while dude was trying to figure out how to make the call. He completely ignored the 6 person line carrying out 1 delivery order. I spent most of my life in customer service and always dealt with the people in person over delivery. Not sure why they would put only 1 person on. I guess next time, I'll either hit the other location or something else.
Edit: The response is appreciated, and I hope the employee doesn't feel the repercussions unjustly. Having 1 employee on between lunch and dinner is the issue, which goes to show the management of the store left the employee unsupported, not the fault of the employee.

Absolutely disgusting service, atmosphere, and only 745pm. Service lady rushing my order. Than asking to use the restroom which she first said out of order, but no sign. Than said use the handicap???? Sat to eat and she's sweeping dust around me, slamming chairs on top of tables like they are closing, which still open for another hour. Than proceeds to switch the lights off. The other staff comes from the kitchen slamming trays and turns the music up which was not the franchise Latin music but from her phone which was India music. Than the other one starts slapping the mop around. Than a man in a wheelchair comes in looks at the menu goes to the direction of the bathroom and both the staff yell bathroom is out of order...lol WHAT???? Seriously retrain the trashy staff or fire and hire someone with actual customer service skills!
