I hate leaving not so great reviews but things have changed quite a bit since I was here two years ago. They no longer offer the vegan sandwich but did have two soups that were vegan. I had the potato and leek and it unfortunately had no flavor at all. I had to add lots of salt and pepper. The Chai latte was also very bland. They used to have more vegan options. They might have had some vegan treats but the young man working the counter didn't know and wasn't aware that butter has milk in it. He admitted he's very new and he was very nice but overall it was a very bland and disappointing experience. I don't expect vegan options from everywhere but it was really disappointing to see they removed their vegan sandwich.

I got an iced lattee with their homemade pumpkin spice flavour shot and it was absolutely delicious! Wayyy better than Tim Hortons. I highly recommend this coffee shop for any caffeine needs!

Friendly, a lot of choices, hot and cold drinks, fresh treats. The Barista was knowledgeable and offered splenda for my drink, since i am a diabetic this is important to me.

I'm a little sad it took me this long to try them out! The flat white and London fog were awesome. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty and filling. Staff was patient and friendly with everyone :)

If I could give bay village no stars I would. The coffee is overpriced, and not very good. The service is garbage and the owner is rude. His food is rotten and I suspect past due. Spend your money elsewhere he is a terrible person.

A spot that you definitely need to stop at. The customer service is immaculate, the drinks are served to a high degree and the environment is cozy and welcoming. The chai I've had here is a lacking in spice and depth as well as they overload some desserts like the lavender cookies but their lattes and mochas have been great and their scones are absolutely divine.Highly recommend to stop by and enjoy!

Vegetarian options: They are able to accommodate for vegetarian options including soups.
