Burgers are always soggy, and the rubber chicken they deep-fry to make the OG chicken burger is disgusting . can't and won't do it again.
My Google name has nothing to do with how your food is made boss. It's sad because when the big guy was working the back, pretty sure his name is Derrick, the food was great. But lately it's been trash so you can say what you want, but I'm not the only one who has made the clear observation bud. you trying to blow it off because of an account name, is pathetic.

For awhile I stopped going due to staff changes and atmosphere. Food had also changed. Decided to go back and was impressed. Food was much better, they were answering their phones, service was good and staff seemed to go back to the way it was before. As long as things continue I will continue to keep going.

Hostess was excellent! We ordered our food, which was absolutely amazing btw, and they accidentally dropped too many fries and didn't want to waste them so they gave them to us! All in all the 4 of us ate for about the same price as fast food, but dramatically better. We will for sure be going next time we go to Thunder Bay!

Good flavour , but I don’t think I’ll be back due to almost every bite of my burger having a hard piece of fat in it. I was turned off so couldn’t finish it. My partners burger was the same as well and she didn’t finish it either. Overall feeling was disappointed.

The food is phenomenal but the wait times are long. 42mins for my 3 burger order while not busy. I must restate that the food is delicious

Always get the Kids chicken strip meal with side gravy. Amazing food for a good price. Fries are delicious and pre salted, and the chicken strips are huge, gravy is perfect with both. Crave this place all the time!

Great little place in thunder Bay. Food was great, french fries are off the chart . Fresh cut and great portion size. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was good. My co-workers had burgers and all loved them . Support local !

Staff was so nice! We were traveling from out of country and the person taking our order gave us cookies and a drink upgrade! The food was absolutely delicious and the menu provides many options!

The man at the register today was incredibly kind. Poutine with brisket was excellent. I also appreciated the burger bowl option! Loved all the extra shredded lettuce.

I wish they had non-plastic flatware options for those who dine in to lessen environmental impact, but I get it if it's typically a take out place. I appreciate that the other containers weren't styrofoam.

Can't order if you don't answer the phones holy eff 25 attempts..... the staff stated he took the phone off the hook. During the 6-7 dinner hour. There were 5 people inside eating.
