Do you want real smash burgers? go to a Freddy's across the border. it would cost less, and come sooner.the burger took fifty minutes to even find me on a calm day.my buddy even went in and asked for a refund under his name for a burger made poorly, and they told him his name wasn't in the system.p.s., don't bother leaving me a reply saying you'll give me a refund in credit, because there's no amount of money you could ever even bribe me with that could make me visit this place again.

Order a burger with alot of patties, cheese and I think there was pickles too-The meat was seasoned great- the cheese was pretty decent.But I got to say I'm not a fan of soggy buns and neither was my mom lol. If the buns weren't as wet as they come I think my burger would've been better.

ordered a double stacked with no cheese and got some amalgam of gravy and mushrooms. the staff are inattentive, management is nonexistent, seemingly leaving staff to survive on their own. warnings from many friends ignored, and completely based on my own opinions; I certainly will not be coming back. I am disappointed overall with everything, and won't accept any recompense.I wholeheartedly recommend spending your time, and money, elsewhere.

By far the absolute best of everything when you stop in at Beefcakes. It’s the only place I can’t miss when I’m in Thunder Bay. If you haven’t been GO NOW. Derek you and your staff are amazing our family always enjoys the food and conversations. Also at Beefcakes are pre made meals in the freezers. Attended.a SAAFE (Substance Abuse Awareness For Everyone) Walk which was catered by Beefcake's Burger Factory for lunch after we walked from Kin Na Chi Hi to HATCH on Balmoral Ave. Options included green or Caesar salad ? & beef on a bun or pulled pork for lunch. The desserts were plentiful & delicious. My first but not last time tasting Derek's good food ??
