Our server Ella was wonderful! Was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to make great recommendations on dishes we could share for lunch. The food was excellent and came quickly for a good work lunch break. Would %100 recommend if you need to step out of the office for some great food, and quiet atmosphere.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. Never mind the restaurant is located in an unassuming strip mall. This is one of Thunder Bay's best places to have a higher end dinner experience. The ahi tuna appetizer was amazing. I highly recommend. My wife and I both had the salmon and it was top notch. Wonderful evening.

Our experience was absolutely lovely.The food and service was tremendous. My only complaint is when I indicated online that it was our anniversary a dessert would have been nice as the Keg does.

One of the best if not the best fine dinning restaurant in Thunder Bay. Seler is our go to when we're wanting a fine dinning experience. Mocktails, appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts and cappuccino's were all 10 out of 10. Our server was excellent. No problem recommending this restaurant to anyone.

We went there for a birthday dinner and it was lovely there! The atmosphere was very mindful, very demure. Honestly, it was a beautiful modern space and quiet for a really nice dinner.
The pork belly app was crispy and delish. Dinner of short ribs and the duck were superb. The couple of drinks we had were also delicious. And as a lovely birthday gift the GM took my drink off the bill, very grateful.
The whole experience was lovely, and made a great first impression. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to Selar many times & was bringing family & friends out to celebrate my brother's birthday. The other 4 with me have never been to Selar . I'm happy to say they enjoyed there meals 4 of us ordered from the set menu the Caesar salad had no flavour at all & my jumbo shrimp dinner was far from jumbo shrimp was lukewarm warm & needs to be changed up & not served on quinoa there was to much of it & very bland . All the other entrees were good from what everyone said . Desserts were delicious I was discounted my dinner very nice & our server was very good . I was told by a few people it has been hit or miss with the food lately but I will return just will order something different.
Broccoli was lit. Salmon didn’t have rice pilaf, had white rice instead. Rice was overcooked & had those frozen peas and carrots you can get from Walmart. Chicken breading wasn’t sticking properly. Ranch was watery. Service was poor. No bottled water options. Very slow service all in all.

Had such a great dinner at Seler last night! I’m giving the service five stars- Marcus was super friendly, attentive and clear when explaining both drink and food menu. The atmosphere was perfect to catch-up with friends.
We started with the tomato salad (fresh and full of flavour), then had the filet mignon, which was perfectly cooked. Food was not too salty. Desserts were simply delicious!
Easily a 5 star+ experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I recently dined at Seler with an old friend of university years. We don’t see each other often enough but decided to combine some chat time with dining out. We arrived at Seler before the dinner hour but were seated anyway. We enjoyed drinks together and both of us had excellent meals prepared by a skilled kitchen. I wanted to comment on the young server who delivered “the goods” and kept a careful eye on us throughout the evening. I’ve forgotten his name (leg brace from a skiing accident) but his skill at recognizing two older dudes who needed time to catch up on our lives was amazing. He made the evening of dining out an event for us, and for that I extend my thanks.
