Service was great. Waitress was quick and attentive. Unfortunately the price you pay does not meet the quality of goods served. $19.99 for 8 wings that were overcooked? If you're going to charge a premium, the food served must be perfect. And $3.99 for a pop? Craziness. I can appreciate the strain that the food industry is under with profit margins slim in the best of times. But $30 with tip for 8 overcooked small wings and a pop is untennable.

Food was good and the lunch special was appropriately portioned for the price but the service was incredibly slow. What should have been a 45 lunch at worst became a nearly 2 hour long drag with how long we waited between visits from our server.

I ordered the loaded beef penne. There was maybe a teaspoon of beef. And who puts ice in chocolate milk. This was the first time I have been disappointed with my meal

We had a big birthday party here (~40ppl), and they did an awesome job.

Their menu is a pizza lover’s dream! I tried the Margherita & Boston Royal Pizza, and it was incredible—the crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were so fresh. It’s a game-changer!

We always enjoy Boston Pizza despite the fact it is not in Boston! We wish it were, however! Food, service, and atmosphere are good and quite acceptable. You can, of course, select other places for more fine experience and food items.

thumbs down to the "manager" that came to the phone after I had an issue with my order. she was rude and made me feel like my order error didn't matter. Definitely wouldn't want this "manager" working for my business. her name was Michelle... I get that it was busy when I picked.up my order but no excuse to not be able to fix things at 4pm on a saturday

Fantastic service here. We stopped here for dinner and the waitress was great. We had our order in within a few minutes of being seated. She was on top of refills and accommodating anything we needed. I would recommend others to check out the lounge dining here.

Vegetarian options: From dinners to pizzas, there are options available.

My wife is gluten-free and tried the cauliflower crust pizza. It was okay but only tepid in temperature. I ordered the chicken parm. The server paid no attention to us. She did not check back after a few bites, did not offer extra parm cheese, and did not refill our drinks. We only saw her at the end with the bill. She still got a 15% tip but likely deserved much less.
