Absolutely terrible service last night. Both of the servers that seated us were incredibly rude for no reason. Will never be going back to this location

We're a big family of 8, the annual kids eat free cards makes this place a very affordable and enjoyable night out with our kids. Staff has always been helpful and never had a terrible experience, albeit things aren't perfect all the time but they got a good 10yr reputation with me.

We received the worst service at this restaurant than ever!
They opened at 11 am, we arrived shortly after noon.
We ordered the lunch special, including the soup of the day. After 20 minutes of waiting, the waiter now tells us there wasn't enough soup left. At 12 noon? You're OUT of soup?
For what should have been a one hour outing or less, we didn't even get our bill until after 1 pm. Then another 15 minutes for him to come back to pay the bill.
This place has gone down the toilet. Avoid it at all costs.

The online ordering system isn't accurate. A 15 minute pickup turned into a 30 minute pickup. Once we got home, the bandera bread was cold, not cool, but cold. I imagine IT was ready in 15 and then sat there. I would have come and sat down if I wanted it cooked in such way.
I'm writing the review here because I don't know that I would get anywhere with the supervisor on duty tonight. I asked the server about a free side of ranch for the inconvenience of waiting double. She approached someone and was told yes, get her ranch, but the supervisor walked away and seemed inconvenienced by the request. It's odd behaviour for someone in an upper position to see an unsatisfied customer in front of their face and not acknowledge them.
Anyway, VERY expensive take away meal. Cold food, and took twice as long as I was told.

The food was very good but that was the only good part of my experience. The waitress acted like my friend’s very quiet baby was an inconvenience and failed to tell us that the huge “KIDS EAT FREE” sign had (illegible) fine print, so she was 1 dollar short of the minimum spend and charged full price for the meal. Both the waitress and manager Michelle were excessively rude about this and kept repeating “it’s in the fine print” when we asked why she didn’t mention this sooner or recommend combining our bills or another solution to take advantage of the offer. There was no apology for the fact that this “fine print” couldn’t even be read because the font is so small and this minimum spend rule wasn’t communicated up front.
When my friend asked the manager for her name, she turned around and walked away. I can’t remember ever being treated so rudely at a restaurant and am still rattled by the experience.

Pizza was terrible, just a bucket of grease and oil. Dough turned into some sort of wet amalgam because of it. Then the price! Nearly 100 dollars for one large pizza and a couple drinks, six dollars for a cup of ranch! The server stood over my shoulder while I paid, watching how much I tipped. Please don’t go here, this is not the Boston pizza of your memories.

Really enjoy most of there food. Pasta's are 10/10 especially on Tuesdays when they are half off.
Service is usually good as well. It's just expensive compared to most places.

BP lasagne is one of my comfort meals when out of town. Today’s was lazy lasagne for sure. Just thrown together in no particular order. Minimal sauce and not as much cheese as usual. May as well have just put the noodles in my container and called it a day.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time, after sitting down took the servers 25 mins for them to choose who wanted the table, then took another 15 mins to get my drink. Place wasn’t even busy at the time, ended up waiting over an hour till I got my food and wasn’t even offered another drink.
Second trip back to see if anything changed with the bad service and it did not, 1/4 full and everyone had their service, sitting at the bar this time and yet still way to long to even pour a simple beer, seems they rather hide in the back than give good service.
Not going back to the bar side again, and definitely will inform friends their are better places to attend…

Ordered a pasta dish for pick, and requested extra garlic bread. Took one bite, and that was enough for me. Also, there seemed to be no butter at all. Garlic bread is supposed to be buttery and savoury. This was unbelievably dry, and I did not see or taste a drop of butter. I almost choked on it from how dry it was.
Reasons like this is why I always tell myself to never tip on takeout. Because I need to see and try the food first, to know how to tip properly. But every single time it gets to me. The young person working, taking my order, knowing they don't get paid enough, and I do it everytime, I over tip. I'm an overly generous tipper and this is what I get.
This is NOT the first time this location of Boston Pizza in the city has served me this kind of garlic bread. I will never come back to this location again. We are sticking to the memorial one. That location never has any problem making garlic bread properly. Like come on it isn't rocket science. How hard is it to properly butter the bread and then not burn it?

Service was great. Waitress was quick and attentive. Unfortunately the price you pay does not meet the quality of goods served. $19.99 for 8 wings that were overcooked? If you're going to charge a premium, the food served must be perfect. And $3.99 for a pop? Craziness. I can appreciate the strain that the food industry is under with profit margins slim in the best of times. But $30 with tip for 8 overcooked small wings and a pop is untennable.
