While I appreciate the quick service for delivery, I wish more could’ve been done for the structural integrity of the pizza.
I think the sauce and cheese lacks texture overall and it just makes the pizza taste weird with the blend right now!
Vegetable quantity on the pizza was good, but again it lacked flavour.

The pizza was really greasy. Grease was dripping off the pizza and coating the bottom; sogging it out. Flavour was good.

We took our pizza to go so there was no way to know what the business response would have been at the time.

Could not believe that this kind of pizzas exist anymore. They use wood burning oven for their pizzas and their place looks like an antique shop.

Just tried to eat a Pep&Cheese pizza severed from the satellite location inside the Eaton's Building (Goods&Co.)
The only thing Hand's about this is it was Hands down the Worst pizza I've ever had.
No where on their boards do they mention its not a regular crust, nvm that is whole wheat or something drier and as thin as the cardboard box it came in. After I got it I thought I'd give it a chance anyways.
The blend of mozza and gouda was ok at best, but they could of used pizza grade instead of bulk store quality cheese.
The little bit of pepperoni barely gave it a taste of it to know it was there and lastly, the sauce tastes like nothing more that tomato soup out of a no name can before you add the extra water.
Nvr will I go back.

The tastiest rye bread I have ever had. SO moist. I have tried all the Rye loaves I could across Germany where this dense bread is traditional and seriously this loaf from both hands is the best. It doesn't crumble apart when you cut it. Highly recommend.

We are from Manitoba and was recommended to this place! Delicious pizza. We were happily surprised by the discounted frozen section with various breads and ready to bake pizzas that you can take home. We purchased the frozen sourdough for sandwiches yum!

I ordered from Both Hands for the 2nd time today; and I think it was even better than the first time!

I come from home of the "world's best pizza Slice". A place called Cowabunga's in Hamilton (look it up it's not just a marketing gimmick they actually won). They too, make their dough with a sourdough starter.

I bet that if Both Hands were to go toe to toe with Cowabunga's it would be a battle for the ages!

I am here on business and love a good pie (who doesn't right?) and Both Hands definitely ticks the box.

Their toppings are fresh and portioned perfectly, the sauce is the right balance of sweet and tangy with the perfect herbaceousness, the cook in the oven is textbook perfection with just enough char to give that wonderful flavour profile but the star of the show is the dough.

The sourdough gives the crust a "tang" that is associated with the finicky little bacterial culture, and the slightly chewiness with the outer crunch is a pleasure for your mouth.

To top it all off, the establishment just feels like a "nice" place to be, the staff seem like the kind of people who would lend you their jacket to walk home in the rain.

Definitely the best pizza in Thunder Bay (and maybe the world)!

I have been buying the frozen pizzas for a few years and have always loved them. We stopped in and ate at the restaurant tonight for the first time. It was awesome! We tried 3 different pizzas (1 gluten free), and they were all awesome!
