Don't recommend, burgers were very sloppy. Fries were cold. Place is dirty and the workers need to learn how to speak clear English. Definitely not coming back.

Our burgers were cold. The fries were barely warm. It's pretty sad when you order a poutine with a side of gravy and you only get half of the little cup of gravy ...... We drove straight home, and we only live 5 1/2 blocks away. It will be a very long time before I ever go back ......
It is not fast service, a clean store, and friendly employees anymore .......
Parking: There's lots of parking because hardly anyone gies there anymore, and I don't blame them.

I placed an order for a burger. The cost was almost 12dollars for just the one burger. When I got to work the bun had a big green spot of mold on it. Come on like you guys didn't notice that...?
Food was fine, customer service wasn't, terrible attitude when I thought it was a 51 instead of 61, mean girl, acting real miserable when she shut the door, I've worked in fast food for 5 years and that ain't professional. At all, she forgot my napkins. Forks, straws aswell all utensils
get it together. ?

I think last Wednesday I went to this Burger King after my shift and it got closed because it was 10:05pm so I went to drive through on my bicycle because I was really starving after my 12 hour shift but there was a girl, as soon as she saw me she said u don’t have a car so I can’t give you food but I requested her that i am tired and i am really hungry so please take my order but she refused to take my order and i had to go back home on empty stomach. I was willing to pay and I understand they also have to follow the guidelines and stuff but they should have understood that if someone came on bicycle in a drive through then there must be a reason. Such a bad experience. I think There is no humanity left in today's world.

So, I got there not too bad of a line...
... It took them 1 hour to finally get through the line (which was only 6 people) and i got the wrong meal. I was lucky that I had time before my cadets!

Waited for 10 minutes at the counter and wasn't served, left because even if I was helped by that point, I was already pretty peeved.
They should always make sure there is someone running the till, instead of making the till person multitask with food items at the same time, especially during busy hours.
Wanted a whopper but I guess McDonalds and their self serve kiosk will have to do.

Onion rings and French fries were cold. Angry cheese burger was mediocre
Went inside instead of the usual Drive through. Unfortunately, I was standing there for 5 minutes while the Indians guys stand and chat then they take a order in drive-through. Finally I spoke and said "Oh do I need to go through drive through to get faster service?" He said "Yes!" SO I went out and went to the drive through. If the food was for me I would've bothered but LOOK AT THIS PICTURE OF MOLD AND WHATEVER MY SON INGESTED FROM THEIR DIRTY FOUNTAIN DRINKS. Mold and mildew or whatever tf it is. Not good. My son could've gotten very badly sick. Don't know why I can't upload but imma find a way to share this photo

walked in today for just a BK blast. if you don’t know that’s just a tiny cup of ice cream similar to a mcflurry. buddy took my order and didn’t make it. he continued taking orders and not making any. the MANAGER came to help and together they took almost 10 minutes to make some orders for skip. i approached the counter and the manager asked what i was waiting for. when i told him he failed to make it and they continued to prioritize the orders after me.i approached the counter and waited, no one made eye contact for a bit then the manager walks back over and asks what i’d like to order.absolute incompetence.
Vegetarian options: none. it’s all made in meat oil.
