There is always a long wait time here, even when the restaurant is not busy. The staff seem more focused on talking and gossiping than preparing food efficiently. The owner should review the security cameras or at least check Facebook and Google reviews to see the consistent complaints about slow service and poor food quality.
I have personally stopped coming here for my own meals, but I still have to visit for delivery order pickups. Almost every time, I end up waiting an extra 10–15 minutes beyond the pickup time shown in the app, even when the restaurant is not busy.
At other restaurants, including A&W and McDonald’s, which are usually much busier than this place, I typically receive the order within 1–2 minutes of the stated pickup time.
Very disappointing experience overall.

I didn’t realize Burger King started selling charcoal bricks for breakfast!
My pickup order was a complete fire hazard—totally burnt and inedible.
Update: I spoke with the restaurant management directly about the issue. They offered a sincere apology, and made things right to my satisfaction.

Ignored at the counter, staff only seemed to care about taking and fulfilling drive thru orders. Also ordered a plain cheese whopper and found out when I got home that it had everything on it and was inedible anyway due to the amount of sauce on it.

Went to the Burger King on Arthur Street in Thunder Bay. The food was not great but the restaurant was filthy. The floor was sticky, tables were dirty, seats were ripped. One booth was actually broken with an out of order sign on it. We will not be returning.
Burgers were cold and over cooked and staff seems drunk, I ordered at 1.47 am and they were disrespectful.

Worst service Ever. The lady IRISH who was taking the order doesnt even listen to the orders and i am repeating myself 4 times and every single time she cuts me in between and never let me complete the order.
When I reach the window, she claimed she was talking to another customer while taking my order and she was not ready to accept that she cuts ne off in between while i am saying my order. Then the guy called ARMAN came in claiming as manager and he started defending her right away without knowing what the issue is.
Teach your workers some manners and on how to deal with customers.

I was told that they aren’t taking orders at 3AM. But the website says store is open and was accepting orders on uber eats when I checked it. Don’t understand why they aren’t accepting orders at drive thru
I would always suggest looking at your order before leaving, if you are not eating at the restaurant. Today I went through the drive-thru. When we got home our meal was wrong, We ordered 6 Whooper Jr meals with 2 of them to be plain, 4 regular, all 6 came regular. We ordered 4 with fries and 2 with onion rings, we got 7 fries. We asked for no condiments, we got all kinds that we have to throw out. With the 6 drinks we got 2 straws, and none of the drinks were labeled.

It’s really gone downhill. I’ve gone in outside of high traffic times twice; in both cases, there wasn’t a single clean table. When asked to clean a booth, the employee i spoke to made a comment about how they were just unusually busy; there wasn’t a single other customer in the building and the drive through was empty as well.
While the food is okay, the hygiene really needs to be improved on, alongside communication in the drive through; I’m hard of hearing and was treated quite rudely when i said I couldn’t understand what was being said to me on another occasion.

Service was great. Would recommend some new seating though. Pretty sure the booth seats are broken.
Overall, I say this Burger king is definitely worth it if you’re in the mood for something quick and satisfying at the same time. The food is great and the service is usually great as well. Once in a while things don’t go as planned but overall solid Burger king location, and its close to my residence so thats a plus.
Staff was friendly, food was hot, what else can I say about fast food. Nothing to complain about. Never really had a bad experience.
