It’s really gone downhill. I’ve gone in outside of high traffic times twice; in both cases, there wasn’t a single clean table. When asked to clean a booth, the employee i spoke to made a comment about how they were just unusually busy; there wasn’t a single other customer in the building and the drive through was empty as well.
While the food is okay, the hygiene really needs to be improved on, alongside communication in the drive through; I’m hard of hearing and was treated quite rudely when i said I couldn’t understand what was being said to me on another occasion.

Drive through is always late even there is only 1 vehicle. Always miss something or the other Tried calling back restaurant asking for remote access code Wtf I was told 6 mins hold for turnover I said ok I was charged for it came home open bag n surprise invisible turnover. Thank you guys Burger king Tbay rocks. 1st time i had invisible strawberry turnover.

Overall, I say this Burger king is definitely worth it if you’re in the mood for something quick and satisfying at the same time. The food is great and the service is usually great as well. Once in a while things don’t go as planned but overall solid Burger king location, and its close to my residence so thats a plus.

Ordered garlic parm whoper meal at drive through. The service was friendly but the burger was horrible. Bun had mold on the bottom
First of all I had ordered 2 burgers with garlic Parmesan. Had to be the worst I've ever had. The bun over over size and no burger meat was exposed at all. It was totally tasteless. Second of all I had ordered the 2 burgers with Garlic Parmesan and 2 Whoppers. I only got the 2 Garlic Parmesan burgers. I had ordered 2 Whoppers for my son and he got them. Burger King no longer has the 2 Whoppers special. I paid $42.00 for 4 burgers. I could of went to KFC for cheaper and more food. Burger King is gone down hill big time. Pretty disappointing. That was my restaurant of choice. But not no more.

Went through the drive-through order a hamburger meal and a chocolate shake didn’t get my Soft drink with my meal the girl argued with me terrible food. I don’t know if they know how to cook definitely a downgrade from what it was many years ago so sad I used to love Burger King.
