It was my first time trying their Big Fish meal it was amazing: hot, fresh, and crispy. The service was fast. I had a great experience, will be returning soon, and definitely recommend it to others!

I don’t know what is wrong with this particular Burger King but the wait times are always atrocious in the drive-thru. Even if you place the order online ahead of time it still seems like you’re waiting up to 10 minutes for your food. Not to mention you need to ask the counter for the key to the bathroom as a paying customer. Not impressed, sometimes that whopper goes straight through you and you gotta get into that bathroom without delays but finding out it’s locked and need to back track to ask for a key? That’s not feasible. Sometimes seconds DO count and you gotta get to that bathroom ASAP.

This was by far the worst BK I've ever eaten at.... the bread overshadowed the meat, food was cold, the onion rings did not have onions in the batter, it was some mushy paste.... disgusting.....will never be back

Went to the washroom and a crazy guy jimmied the door with the handicap button and ripped door open after I told him occupied after I told him multiple times, told staff about it and told them to call the police, they did not listen and didn’t care, absolutely lousy and lazy, fix the door and keep out the violent nutcases.
