I was so happy when I saw that no crowd is in the store, I will get my order with ultra speed of #BurgerKingStaff but I waited more than 15 min at the front counter on 27-Dec-2025, in the empty store when no rush was there. No staff was there to attend me, as I can hear the sound coming from kitchen, as when I am about to leave they came to the counter. Worst thing happened with to start my day at 8am in the morning. Really bad service.

Burger King is so underrated! It is always so fresh and tasty. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I can’t believe how much more affordable it is than the big ‘m’ competitor. I don’t feel gross after a meal here like I do at other fast food chains.

I was able to reach there after an hour, but the guy at the window was amazing. I was okay to get the order made an hour ago, but he denied it and freshly made me my order. Good job!

Very poor service. I ordered a whoopee meal through drive through and lady working in the counter ask me to wait in the parking lot and said she will bring the food out. Waited 30 min outside and I notice that a customer come after had a big bag off order ready to go in the parking, so I decided to go inside the store to ask but they were unattended and having very busy in taking and having fun. I ask them about my order and they ask me what is my order, I said it is whooper meal and they said okey it will be ready by 5 minutes. I came there to eat something during my break so how can I wait 5 more min. So I ask for refund. Worst service ever. Never had such a situation like that from any other store which are more busier than this.

This place has unfortunately gone downhill really fast. Regardless of what you order they make you go and park and you wait 10-15 mins for you order to come out and even then, something is always wrong. Ordered a lemonade and got water. Asked for both meals to be placed in two separate bags with sauces in each bag. Comes in one bag with no sauce. You end up having to go inside for them to correct their mistakes. I gave it one more chance and I again waited for 10 minutes and order wrong…after the 4th time in a row with this nonsense, I just can’t go to this location anymore. “Fast” food that isn’t so fast. You just end up frustrated every time.
