I had a mixed experience at Burger King. The staff member who took my order was a bit rude, and the place was smoky with flies at our table. However, my poutine was good. Overall, the food was decent, but the atmosphere and service need improvement.

You must either change the drive-thru process, or you must add an escape lane. You can ask the people to pull ahead and bring out their order, or you can dig up the grass and pave another lane.
Your current drive-thru experience is terrible.
Please fix this ASAP, my suggestions are easy to implement.

I had a coupon for free whooper with purchase. Front counter attendant denied me the vegetarian whooper saying only non veg whooper can be entertained. Manager didn't even bother to come out and sort out the issue. Girl at the front counter lacked professionalism, no greetings and apologies. Pathetic experience with this outlet. Won't visit this again. 0 stars.

Walking into the place, the floor was all sticky. Like whoever washed it last just spread spilled soda pop all over the entire place. So your shoes stuck each step. No butter for pancakes or anything neither. The tables were all dirty and the place was empty. Not sure why this is common practice now.

I ordered from this place all the time. Not the best food…. I’ve been on a long car ride. It’s Easter Sunday so not many places are open. I come here to use the bathroom and I get informed that I have to purchase something if I want to use the public restroom that is open to the public. No sign that says that you need to purchase anything if you want to use the bathroom Greedy staff!!!! Avoid . Last time I was in this place I saw cockroach

Customer service is good and food is standard. What I don’t like is seeing what really looked like a lady working all alone tonight.. I didn’t see any help with her. That is brutal. It was busy, she seemed very tired. Not even safe either. Maybe not everyone notices but I do.

Yet another service ruined by terrible management in thunderbay, manager was incredibly rude to us and overcharged us for our food, please note that the DOOR to the restaurant is broken to the point people think the place is closed.

This is the worst Burger King of the ones in Thunder Bay. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I work, so I have occasionally made the mistake of going here. Currently I have been waiting in the drive thru for 17mins and still not at the order speaker...and there is no way to exit once in the drive thru. I will be late getting back to work because I can't leave the lineup. Thanks worst Burger King in town....
