Been here a few times already plan to go here 2 more times the next upcoming weeks great for family and friend hangouts lots of board games to try out and purchase. I heard DND night goes on Wednesdays fantastic food and beverage options.
Although I can't share my experience with the food or atmosphere, I will say their customer service is too notch. I was placing an order online and having an issue checking out, so I decided to call the store. The staff were super helpful and even included a few neat promos in my order that was shipped very promptly. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for new releases with Carlito's in the future. Thanks again.
My first time there I had the most delish panini and London Fog. It had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can just sit and chat or play games or do what we did (Sat and crocheted and chatted). Staff was so friendly and really seemed to enjoy working there. I’ve been back since and every experience has been fantastic. A true little gem
