Cheer's The Village Pub

Went with a group of friends to celebrate Tolkien month. What a great place. Great food, great atmosphere, reminds me of a couple of pubs I use to frequent back home in England. Staff are very friendly, prices are very reasonable especially for how great the food is. So glad it only takes 10 minutes to walk to (and 25 minutes to stumble back from). It’s my new local. Love the place, Cheers to cheers!

Saw this place pop up on Google and decided to give it a shot during our quick stay in the city. We had no issues finding a spot to sit on a Wednesday night. My partner ordered the pepperoni pizza and I ordered the smash burger. We were both blown away by the size of the pizza and burger that came out as both were fairly big portions (realistically we could’ve split the pizza between the two of us). While the burger was greasy, it was delicious and I couldn’t get enough of the garlic sauce. The heartbeat ketchup that came with the fries was a nice surprise and made me wish we could buy a bottle. The pizza was the perfect balance of spicy and sweet, it was even just as good cold the next day (we had lots of left overs)! Would love to come back and visit on a Friday for the live music.

I had Orange Juice, it's a cool looking bar. Nice lighting, but the music was too loud. I had to yell at the person beside me.
