Ordered a tray of tea sndwiches for a luncheon. The bread was so fresh and the fillings were a good assortment with generous amount. Delicious! The tray of squares was also delicious and a good assortment.. Definitely recommend.

These gals were incredible. I called at noon looking for 18 donuts for 3 pm.. not only did theu personalize them to my kids liking but they were so fresh and sooo good.. compliments from the entire party. Talk about a hidden gem!!

Ordered 24 cake pops for a birthday specifically asking for vanilla and pickup at 1030.... When I arrived the order wasn't ready and the store was empty. I was told it would be 30more minutes (there's a reason I set the pickup time for 1030 not 11).... When the birthday party went to try them they were all chocolate... Half the kids would not eat them, reached out via phone call and messages only to be completely ignored! I paid $90 for something I didn't even want. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend or be back.

Great service, very tasty birthday cake! The birthday cakes have lots of icing which can make them quite sweet so just be aware of that when ordering, but cake was gorgeous and it wasn't much of a problem.

I hsve grown up om this neighborhood for over 35 years most of those living down the street and I'm shocked that for so many of those people didn't know you were able to get the most amazing assorted subs! I'm not sure if they still sell those sadly I have since moved away and tho I still pass it when visiting having had the chance to stop in .I used to attend kings way and loved to walk on my lunch break to get a sub and just loved walking in and the smell of the place:) who can resist that smell and if I waslucky I was able to score a horn or pastry by lunch tho there usually wasn't much left of the baking. These are the places we need to support in these times because places like bakeries and delis are fading and soon will be just a memory it makes me happy when I drive by on a visit and I always comment " oh look dogwoods is still open!"

I called and needed help surprising a friend of mine who lives in Thunderbay - you see I missed her birthday and needed an amazingly special cake and cupcakes sent same day to surprise her at work! Let me tell you instantly they were like ok we got this I have this and can add this and order here and I’ll have it done ✔️ I have never had this type of amazing customer service especially since Covid 19 has started ! This is incredible and you all deserve a huge shout out !! Cake is amazing to as my other friends who now live here in ottawa all rave about this bakery and it’s the only go place for a great cake or cupcakes !! Thank you so much for helping me make someone’s day brighter ❤️❤️❤️❤️
