Ordered dinner for 7 people this evening from Eddy Lee’s. The service and friendly vibes of all staff were warm and welcoming. The many dishes we ordered were all tasty with lots leftover after going back for seconds. Great experience from Eddy Lee’s.

The food was okay at best. The chicken balls were mainly dried out chicken full of dough. The chow mein was a few noodles and a bunch of cabbage and celery and the rice had zero flavor.
The mo
st disappointing part was paying $4.25 for a can of diet Coke.
I was halfway through my meal and they were already dropping a check off. I guess I wasn't having dessert
Lol
I definitely would not waste my money there again

Ordered Chow mein. Came as crispy egg noodles that would be in consomme soup. Wtf. No bueno.
We ordered take out tonight , dinner for 2. Food was very underwhelming. The chicken balls were mostly dough and small pieces of chicken that were very chewy . The portions were very small. The rice appeared to be minute rice . Very disappointing due to the cost of the food. First time experiencing the food and may be the last.
Love this restaurant, me and my family's go to for lunch specials. Best Beef and greens in town.
One of my favorite places to eat. Food is good and staff are very friendly
Very cheap attitude of the lady...i went there for the job even they posted on indeed and even not listen me properly
Loved the Egg roll and Beef & Brocelli and hated the spare ribs .Chicken balls so so
This place would not let me place my order because I don't have an credit card. I was trying to order supper for myself and my children. The total was 130.00 they assume everybody can't pay for the meals in cat.The beginning of my call.I told her that I wanted to pay cash. And then I put my order and then she tells me. I have to pay over the phone with the card. I told her I do not have a card.

Have to say I’m disappointed. after ordering here for a while the last couple times haven’t been good at all, especially tonight’s order decided to try it once more and our chicken balls were raw and not crispy at all.
.Horrible customer service! I will never order from this place again!! I'm a business owner, and I would never hang up on a customer!!! Good luck, I will be ordering from Mr. chinsese from now on
The server must have been working her first shift becasue she had zero customer service skills, she was unnacomodating and didn’t ask us once how our meal was.
I had to ask three separate times to get containers for each container I needed and ask for napkins, and I had three take out containers after dining in but was not given a bag, so the containers fell as I was stacking them and the plastic was slippery so the food landed on the floor instead of being bagged like it should have been.
If you want soy sauce to take home, it is 15 cents per package, I didn’t want to tip, I felt sorry for the young waitress so I left 2$
The bon bons had zero flavour, the staff were unfriendly and cheap. The fried rice was tasteless and mushy and the decor hasn’t changed since I was a kid.
This is the worse Chinese place in Thunder Bay.

No cash delivery , sketchy
I recently ordered takeout from Eddy Lee’s, choosing their beef and green peppers dish along with a side of steamed rice. While the customer service was commendable and the ambience seemed inviting, the food fell short of expectations. I had specifically requested the beef to be extra spicy, but what I received was more akin to a beef stew loaded with green peppers and doused in hot sauce.
For a dish priced at $22, I was surprised to see that the portion size was significantly smaller than the $4 side of steamed rice. It’s confusing how the steamed rice, meant to be a side, ended up being larger than the main dish. This disproportionate serving size was disappointing, especially considering the price.
Overall, Eddy Lee’s felt more like a westernized version of a Chinese restaurant, lacking the authentic flavors I was hoping for. Despite the good customer service, I can’t say I’ll be a returning customer.
