Firehouse Subs Thunder Bay

After many trips here, i finally decided after submitting a review right to the web page that they did not return or comment on my review. The cold sub i got. The no fireman discount they said o git then came to my table nnaskwd fir the full amount. Then i asked for spicy sauce n got nothing. The fact that every worker is a new canadian. Not that i minded, but their quality of service sucks n is below the norm. I feel I'll take my business elsewhere.

Got charged for an item that was supposed to be free via the app's membership points system, it's been a bit since I last heard anything about the refund - keep getting jerked around between the restaurant and corporate because neither want to foot the amount. I'm getting past the point where I'm willing to be patient with either side because neither is doing anything to really help the situation.

Best sub - Italian! Not much space.

I don’t live inTBay, but have roots here. Never been to a Firehouse Subs. Went today and had a great experience! Ordered a Montreal Smoked Meat and asked for a pickle bucket. She went above and beyond to get me a bucket. Not sure exactly how, but she found me in the dining room(mid sub) and said she has a bucket! The sandwich was excellent (as well as the pickle) My only complaint which I can live with is my vehicle smells like dill pickles from the bucket! A1!

Best service I've gotten in a while. They went above and beyond to make sure my complications on the app were handled. I couldn't have asked of more I will definitely recommend and be a valued customer! :).

Messed up my veggie combo by putting stuff in the sandwich that I had asked to not put in the sandwich said could fix it and just gave me the same sandwich with lettuce on top of the toppings that were wrong on the sandwich three times total waste of money wish I had better customer service and a new sub made not happy customer ??

Me and the wife first time trying firehouse subs. The wife had steak and cheese, i have the steamer. Both came with enough meat all the flavours mingled nicely. Staff was excellent at explaining what your getting with your order.

Azra I believe was the cashiers name was really helpful with explaining to me what all the subs had with my poor vision and made it easy for me ordering with them got the Canadian club here a definite try☺️

Got through Skip so can’t comment on staff or atmosphere. What I can say is that the subs were yumE and will be ordering again. Love love that you can get dill pickle ? pieces on your sub. ?

Somehow I’ve ended up there twice in the last two weeks , had the Hook and Ladder ( I believe the first time ) , the second time I had the Montreal Smoked Meat , both sandwiches were outstanding, especially the Montreal Smoked Meat , clearly a 5 out of 5 sandwich added banana peppers, really love the pickle , found the staff super friendly and helpful, they were quick
