I had a disappointing experience at this shop. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude, and their behavior came across as discriminatory, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Customer service and respect are fundamental, and unfortunately, this shop did not meet that standard. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others

I ordered orange pineapple smoothie and asked for without ice they say they can’t make it without ice and manager was soo rude as well . If you want to spoil your mood then only you should visit . They don’t make it without ice because they want to save some money and it doesn’t cost them much that’s why

My best friend and i went there on sept 10th. We ordered a mango smoothie with banana and strawberry bobba. She ordered a mango smoothie with a different popping bobba. But we got our order. And we went on our way. A little into the day we started to feel sick. We thought it was maybe from the coffee we had gotten from tims earlier. But then we went back to my place. Fast forward to the next day. My friend and i are both on the toliet basically all day, i don’t know if we got a bad fruit? Or if they don’t sanitize theyre blenders properly. But i will not be getting bobba here again. Because i would like to save myself a day long trip on the toliet.

I ordered two drinks that cost $20. I used a $10 gift card and paid the remaining $10 with a $20 note. Despite this, the cashier scanned my gift card and gave me change from the $20 note instead. Its a common sense if i am giving my gift card and 20 dollar note i have to do half and half payment.When I asked for a refund, the manager told me they don't have a refund policy. It’s frustrating that I’m not getting my money back due to an error made by your employee. Additionally, the manager was rude and didn't handle the situation well. On top of that, even though there were four people working, we had to wait 15-20 minutes for just two drinks. 3.1 rating that's what you guys deserve.

The worst place ever i have had a drink. The person serving drinks did not know what he asked for and what he served. When asked to exchange or talk to manager, the manager arrived after 15 minutes and asked the person started screaming in their mother tongue and refused to communicate politely.

The worst drink I have ever had at a Freshly Squeezed location. I ordered a Raspberry Lemonade Slush and the proportions for the drink were way off. I have never had any issues with any other Freshly Squeezed locations. Thinking it was a one time thing, I ordered it again a few days later - and it still tasted terrible. Tasted nothing like how the other locations make it, not even close! Terrible quality control.

I usually take a drink, and its good but this this time we got three cheesecakes and on one of those was moldy and had fungus growing out of it. It mustve been sitting on the shelves since a long time. Disappointed to say the least.

As an aboriginal woman 37 Years old I felt I was treated poorly. The black woman who worked there around December 12, 2023 was VERY RUDE. I asked for bubble tea and she said "No bubble tea only smoothie" so I said "okay ill get a smoothie then" then later all of a sudden she has bubble tea. My sister tried to correct everything I was trying to say and she cash lady started to yell at her and say "DONT SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY....BLAH BLAH BLAH" I just told my sister, "let's just go, we don't need to hear that" then she goes on to say "Have a great day" she gave me weird vibes and wasn't helpful! (She had braids in her hair and looked to be in her 20s) I wasn't rude to her at all, I was only asking questions in what is good but she didn't want to help. I will never go there ever again, saves me $10 everytime.

Nice place, but the woman at the cash register is terrible. She is always rude and nasty. Because of her, we stopped coming here. Fire her or you'll lose even more customers. Reading the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one. Such people are prohibited from working in the service sector.

I always come here, and I was happy with everything, and once I came to order from a woman, and she answered me very rudely, did not smile at all, my order was for freshly squeezed juice, and she said there was no juice, although 5 minutes ago she told the client that there was, and after me she said there was, this woman is terrible, incorrect, aggressive and discourages me from coming here again. ??? Before this case I would have given 5 points, now I would give 0 points.
