Can't say a rating for the food, as I walk into the store only to hear presumably the female manager raging out on her Indian worker. I continue in just to have a look at thier menu/ slices, all I get from her very snobishlgy is "no slices right now, we just opened" not I hi, how are ya, or anything. I just left, complete karen

I ordered a veg pizza, first of the pizza got delivered after 90 mins, secondly when I was following up I didn't get any proper response, the lady on call was very vague and told me to wait, I mean it's almost 1 hours 30 mins, how much more I have to wait. Coming to the taste it was rubbish, I told them to make well done they burned it LoL. That's also ok, the pizza was extremely chewy and oily. I requested garlic & tomato spread, in which they forgot to add garlic. Thanks to the delivery driver, he was very humble and he knew what he was doing, which no one else didn't. I wasted my time & money, never going to order from here again ??

Horrible customer service. Jeff on the phone was rude continuously telling me it was delivered and that the driver initialed and gave it to a 10 year old boy. I repeated myself and said I do not have a 10 year old and that I have teens plus I’ve been here the entire time waiting. Then I asked asked to talk to a manager and he hung up on me. He kept laughing thinking this was funny. Gino’s Thunder Bay on balmoral.

Pizza was okay. Did the walk in special . Nothing really special. Don't go.veru often as it doesn't have that pizzaz to make me want to go back. I go cause it's close if I don't feel like going to far.
They messed up my order, which is fine, things happen. But the manager told me I must be wrong over the phone then got an attitude. They did replace the pies with the correct ones, but they made it feel like I was some huge inconvenience when it was literally a mistake on their end. I like the taste of the pizza and LOVE the dipping sauce, but the attitude was just garbage.

Online order said pizza would be ready in 20 minutes...when I walked in they said it takes 30 minutes when it's busy...seems odd. Waiting another 15-20 minutes for the pizza. Tasted nothing like the last Gino's pizza I had a few years back. Pizza also looked like it was cut by a child...not a single piece was remotely the same size. I asked for extra sauce, which I assumed would be more on the base, but instead I just got a dollop of sauce in the middle of the pizza on top of the toppings. Would not go there again.

The pizzas are okay but one of the managers or employees is super super rude. If you prefer to have a friendly experience I would never recommend this place. This is not how you talk to your customers. Such a shame.
They have totally changed their pizza. The hot sausage is different and not good. Whole pizza was greasy and the base doesn’t hold up as there’s nothing to it. Won’t come again.

Love the Za ? from here!! Always get exactly what I ordered and is delivered b4 the stated time. Only order online so know nothing about customer service but their delivery people are always friendly & awesome.

I thought that the "customers always right" !?What happened to polite and courtesy towards customers?!Food was excellent ordered pizza an wings but the service was absolutely brutality!!!Delivery guy argued with me about not giving him the proper amount of cash ( when I had the made sure I did . Even made sure the total of my Delivery order was correct on the phone with the delivery guy when he called about my address location) ended up giving him more money because he would not stop arguing with me about it.I then called ginos to report him and the woman on the phone was just as rude and ignorant as her coworke she basically told me I was Lying and yelling at me on the phone as if I was accusing the delivery guy of stealing and apparently "a liar" ( according to the woman on the phone argued to me as if I was accusing him - which i wasnt I simply called to tell her he shouldn't bearguingwithcustomers and trying to ask her what the amount was to see why i got over charged) ISNT THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT ?!
