They are rude. I called to order a pizza and the person just hung up the phone because he could not explain which store I could order from. I used to be a regular customer, bye-bye to Gino’s forever, Dominos Pizza just made a new client! And as for the owner asking who answered the phone, it was a male person who answered the phone at 21:05 hrs.

Totally amazing experience….the owner served me the best walk in special and he listened to each and every instruction carefully and made it according to. The pizza was soft and taste really good. All the staff is polite and welcoming. That’s the first pizza I liked in the whole Thunder Bay. Must visit

Totally bullshit,
Worst experience of this store. Actually I order vegetarian pizza and they give me non-vegetarian, and when we talk about this issue they said “I don’t care, do whatever you wanna do I’m not scared from anyone”
Ordered fully fulled pizza jass was extremely helpful thank you 😊 nice driver fast delivery all at a goood price thank you Gino's

(Would give zero stars if I could)
Very bad experience. They served non-vegetarian pizza to a religious vegetarian, and when we confronted them, they said, “We don’t care, do whatever you want.” This is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. The staff member responsible was named Jagga. Such behavior shows a total lack of responsibility and empathy. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
Really bad worker…don’t know about customer services. Guy name is jassa
I don't know why there's a big fuss, delivery is on time, pizza is exactly what I order, texture is eatable, the only 1 small issue, who takes the order please be sure you listen to the customer's address on where it is,delivery person went to the wrong place by 6 houses, and I asked for 2 dipping sauce, only received 1. Over all....4.75/5.00
P.S. I use to be the delivery driver for the Cumberland location for Versatile Delivery.
Still 4.75/5.00 stars.

Used to get a Pizza at least once a month or more. New owners are rude.. pizza is poor quality. Is really too bad was my favorite place in the neighborhood for years.. most of staff knew me by name. The new owners and staff are not friendly at all. Sad to see my favorite pizza place in town go down hill so much.

Website cut off delivery instructions. Nothing wrong with store, can't get through to the 800 number so the driver knows where to go. 2 seconds in it hangs up on me. Repeatedly. Only thing I don't like about Gino's is that you can't actually call the store directly.
Not a pizza shop anymore, idk what they cook. Ordered a pizza and got something they call pizza which i will never buy again
Never try tandoori pizza. Oh gosh!
My crust was so thin and still somehow undercooked. I threw my pizza out it was garbage
Good pizza and very fast but a little cheap with the sauce
