Best veggie pizza
I love pizza and this was just bad. I eat here everyday and it has been awful 100% of the time. At this point it’s my fault. I have clearly invested too much faith into this place. I will probably eat here tomorrow. I’m thinking around 4pm so if anyone wants to meet up and share a pizza with me, maybe that would make it better. I usually eat alone in my car. It’s so sad and I make a huge mess. But if someone else was there I promise I’ll have some good manners and we can listen to my favourite band AJR.
I had a double pep and double cheese it was amazing great job guys

The guy changed the garbage played with his beard then started handling the dough without washing his hands. The cashier too went from handling the cash to handling food without gloves or washing her hands…

When it's good it's good but then there's those nights where they cheap out on toppings and get your pop order wrong.

Very good pizza and very nice employee👍
I had a terrible experience with this service. I was told my driver was just minutes away, only to find out later—after calling back—that the order hadn’t even been placed. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to be misled and then left without any resolution. I expect basic competence when placing an order, and unfortunately, this team completely missed the mark.
If you actually want to receive your order, it would be best to order somewhere else.
Hey Gino’s… we gotta have a talk… your pizza has fueled me for all of my adult life. You guys have the best deals and in my opinion the best pizza in town. But over the last few months the service has gotten incredibly bad. It started when a driver brought my pizza to the wrong house. I wasn’t too upset because yall made me a new pizza as well as a second pizza to make up for it. The driver was super nice and that all made up for the long wait. The second issue I had was when I placed an order online. Google and your website said you were open so when I got to the end of the order and it wouldn’t let me place it saying “restaurant closed” I was confused. Especially since it still took my money. Getting the money back was a major hassle but I did get it back and I wanted to call it a fluke. Third issue was when the driver dropped my order off at the wrong house again. I had people at my house that day so I was really bummed when we were told to wait for a new pizza. The driver brought the pizza and was nice so I still didn’t get very upset but I was getting cautious. The fourth issue was when I had order online (I didn’t pre pay this time) for pick up. The order went through and again. Everything said that you should still be open. When I rolled up the door was locked and an employee was standing at the counter waving me off. I waited at the door as my order had been placed and I had confirmed that the location was open. The employee came to the door saying “sorry we are closed” I told him my order had gone through but he insisted they were closed and locked the door. Now… this evening I am having my 5th issue. I ordered online. A large pizza two dips and 2 drinks at 10:45pm. Yet I sit here with no food at 2am. The order had gone through online but nothing came. I received no call or any form of contact saying I would not get my food. Now is my pizza gonna show up at my door when they open tomorrow? Maybe I’m not sure. I’m not paying for it if it does. I wanted all these issues to be one offs but clearly they are not. I don’t want to see one of my favourite pizza places go down the drain. If your hours have changed that fine but please update the website and google. I work at a hotel and I tell all my guests to order from Gino’s because they are the most reliable for well priced good pizza. I want that to remain the truth because I love yall so much. Tbf all of these issues have come from the Cumberland location. I can’t speak on the other locations

If there was 0 star option I would click it.
I ordered a pizza at 4:30, and was told it would take 45 minutes. After calling twice and being assured it was on the way, it didn’t arrive until 6:25—almost a two-hour wait for pizza that wasn’t even good. It was cold, and when I called again, they said they couldn’t offer a refund, only a $10 credit. I highly recommend avoiding ordering from here.
Ordered the other evening for delivery and pre-paid online. Recieved a call shortly after that there were no drivers and I would be refunded for the delivery and drivers tip (because I came and picked it up instead) but have not yet recieved said refund. Can not get ahold of customer service either.
Ordered online, both pizzas were wrong (one was pineapple instead of pepperoni??)
I called the customer service line and was told that they couldn't redeliver because they had no drivers tonight.... it's 6pm on a Thursday and I just had it delivered.
I was offered a 10$ credit that would require me to call in to customer service next time I order which is a ridiculous policy when we order online for convenience and that adds another step. Very frustrated, will not be ordering again.
I felt bad for not tipping the guy tonight but our order was so late in arriving we were about to call to cancel. My kids are thrilled it finally got here. One time we waited 2.5 hours for our order. I appreciate places get busy but this location in particular is just brutal. The franchise should really penalize this location for giving them a bad name

Waited 2 hours for pizza and then called, waited on hold for 15 minutes. Was offered $5 towards our next order as compensation. Am still waiting on pizza, 2.5 hours later.
Ended up waiting 3 hours.
