The service was excellent at this location and our food was delicious. The spinach dip was awesome!

Kelsey’s has become a go-to spot for me and my buddies, and for good reason! We’ve been there multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience. The food is consistently delicious—well-prepared, flavorful, and served hot. Whether it’s wings, burgers, or one of their signature dishes, everything we’ve tried has been spot on.

The service is just as impressive. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making sure we have everything we need. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and that makes a big difference in the overall dining experience.

Beyond the food and service, Kelsey’s has a great atmosphere—laid-back yet lively, making it the perfect place to hang out with friends. With such consistency in quality and hospitality, we’ll definitely be returning again and again.

We had a craving for nachos. We came in at 11 pm. Nachos were awesome n our waitress was very friendly.

Bartender who served us remembered our drinks and food order from a previous visit!

Jessica, Meaghan and Hunter took care of us this week and went above and beyond, their personalities shined brighter than the lights in the restaurant. They were so eager to take care of and be as accommodating as possible. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!

Food was good. It's your run of the mill everyday Montana's style restaurant. The queso was REALLY good. Nachos were cold in the middle, so we had them sent back for reheating. Other than that it was good.

Had some drinks and snacks on the patio great place to go on a sunny day! Had amazing service from Vanessa!

Unbelievably slow service. Over a hour to get our food and they missed 2 meals that took another 20min to show up after.
Food was cold and had been sitting a while. We were looking forward to having dinner with the family on mother's Day but ended up eating at home after because the food arrived as everyone finished their meals. Definitely soured the evening and I would not recommend coming here based on the service.

Never in all my years have I had a burger as delicious as the Bacon Bourbon BBQ Burger. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable and the service was as amazing as the food. Our waiter was absolutely a rock star. So happy we found this place! Will definitely stop here on our next trip to Thunder Bay.

our waitress was amazing I didn't get her name but she was lovely, kind and helped us a lot. it was our first time there and we'll definitely be back.
