It was ok. Disappointed to see after we paid the bill that we had a coupon for a free appetizer and they charged us for it even though we presented it before we ordered. That's not cool.
Had to ask for a drink menu back 3 times after it was taken when food order was taken and only brought it when bills came? Had to remind server of drink order twice. Was just a little underwhelming. Came for a bday dinner to have drinks and only had 1 drink.
Our lovely waitress was AvaRay, she was very kind and made sure that we were happy with the service and the food. She is a keeper

Great staff, breaded deep fried wings were some of the best wings we've ever had. Side salads were excellent.

Everything was great! From the food to the service, lunch was an enjoyable time. Special thanks to AvaRay!
Went for lunch with my mom this afternoon, we both got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and give it a 10/10!
AvaRay was our server and was excellent! Great service!!

I think the service staff was great. Gave good recommendations to my hubby. He enjoyed the Chicken parm. However, spaghetti was so so. I am not sure it was cooked al dente, and some were kind of glued together in a clump. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and side of loaded kettle chips just for nostalgia. Soup was decent and the garlic toast probably could of had a bit more cheese. It looked pretty sparse. And kind of disappointed in the loaded kettle chips. They put it in a soup bowl, so the queso & ingredients couldn't be evenly distributed. Honestly, there was really only 3 pieces of kettle chips that had all the ingredients. So I'd almost give that a 3. We ended with the lava cake. It was good. The lava part was kind of missing or maybe it got spilt on the plate upon dishing it up? Taste was good, but we had to scrape off the chocolate drizzle, cause it wasn't drizzle. It literally was chocolate ice-cream fudge topping that was insanely thick and did not add to the cake. It just should be the thin chocolate drizzle then it wouldn't ruin the texture of the dessert.
Overall it was fun to go back to a Kelseys since ours closed in Saskatoon. Decent food. Prices on par. Friendly staff.

The food was good, hot and served quickly. Our only complaint was that the server was rushing us. She asked if we were ready to order dessert when we were just starting to eat our meal and came back every 5 minutes asking something and if we were finished yet. I like to enjoy my meal, not be rushed through it. She was very nice but we just felt like we should hurry up and eat and get out.

I like it here, the food is great. They never charge me because I cause a huge scene everytime. It’s awesome.
My meal was great (chicken parm, definitely recommend), my partner’s meal was very OK (chicken bites). The dessert needed lots of improvement (chocolate lava cake, dry and cold chunks of chocolate). Our server was very nice and seemed to be pretty attentive. When I got up to use the washroom several servers were standing in the hallway completely blocking the walkway to get out of the washroom area, and although they did move when I said “excuse me,” it was such a large group standing there that as soon as one moved another took their place. I wonder if there might be a better spot for them to congregate so that people don’t get stuck in the washroom hallway? On our way out, we nearly got a beer shower when a beer somehow went flying across a table missing us by only a few inches. This was our first experience here, and I think we will probably try it one more time in case it was just an off night. I do see that many people have reviewed them quite highly, so I’m hoping that is the case!

I've gone to Kelsey's quite a few times and most of the time, the service is good (the food is alright, not bad but not necessarily something I'd rave about). I haven't been back since I last had a terrible experience though. A couple of months ago, my partner and I went for dinner and got ignored by our server for most of our time there. He failed to bring us water when we requested it, he served other tables that came after us before he served us, and he wasn't very apologetic for the wait or mistakes. I'm typically very understanding that service industry jobs are hard and busy, but this guy really disappointed.
I've had other good experiences at Kelsey's where there was a mistake with my food but the server has always been quick to correct (if I pointed it out, if I can live with it, I don't complain lol). I've only had one really bad experience out of the several times I've been, but that experience was genuinely the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant.
