The chicken wasn't allowed rest before packing it up, it was to greasy. I have cooked for kfc and know how it should be.On top of that when they packed up the chicken they didn't put any parchment paper in the bottom to prevent the grease from soaking through the packaging. I don't recommend this particular location.

The server wasn't helpful, I asked for a Ginger ale I didn't get it, I asked where my drink was and she said we don't have ginger ale never told me or even offered me a different kind!! The to top it all off I found a curly black hair cooked in my food!! Disgusting

Orderd a large order for delivery. Was waiting and waiting watching that map that shows the delivery person. He stopped on another street not even my street. He left our dinner on someone's door step. I called and they argued that it was delivered. The driver said he delivered it. He did but not to where it was supposed to go. Now i call the store again to tell them we didn't get our food it's like they thought I was lying. I could barely understand them to begin with. I just wanted them to make our order again and deliver it to the proper address. Nope they won't do it. They can't deliver this order again. I'm so mad. Lol it's nothing in the grand scheme of things but now I have to wait who knows how long for a refund. And we have no dinner. Anyway customer service is out the door at this Arthur street kfc. They don't care. They really don't.

i am uber driver and visit kfc for pickup they gave me order and i leave the store afterthat coustmer cancel the order and i called to kfc they said bring the order back then i ask them who gona pay me for my 30 mintue wasted they said the don't know Coustmer service 0 They dont know how to speak with uber drivers this happend with me 10 days ago i pickedup order and they did not gave me drinks with that order and when i was at the door of coustmer that lady start fighting with me for drinks and i call back to kfc that guy said they did not talk on phone and even they all employes are talking in their own lanugague no one knows but they are talking This is canada and you guys are working in canada not your own country Overall Coustmer service 0

The customer service is ridiculous she is zoned out i walked in and she is just looking outside the glass And when the kitchen said it’s gonna be late she just murmured like which customer you are talking to Couldn’t get her name but not a good service at all

Well ordered a 10 piece chicken tender and when and when we got home took it out and was not happy. Chicken tenders are suppose to be like chicken fingers but we got four out of 10 where the size a a chicken nugget. Not sure how they could not see that when they were packing the order. Not happy and will not be going back to this location again. Forgot to mention the gravy was more watery than the gravy they normally have.
