Staff were all super helpful. Cashier helped me with the menu and suggested deals so my bill would be less expensive. Restaurant was clean, and had multiple tables available to sit and dine at. Food was good as always and exactly what I ordered! I always come back to this KFC, they have the nicest dining room and the best staff. Cheers.

My experience at the KFC on Arthur Street, Thunder Bay was extremely disappointing. The male employee present was disrespectful and unprofessional in his behavior. The level of cleanliness was also unacceptable for a restaurant, raising serious concerns about hygiene. The overall customer service was poor, and I did not feel comfortable ordering food.
Management needs to take immediate action to improve staff conduct and sanitation. I would not recommend this location.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. The staff came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Simple questions about my order were met with impatience instead of assistance.
What stood out most was the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect, regardless of how busy the store is. I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return to this location unless there are noticeable improvements in how customers are treated.

Very disappointed with my experience at KFC Arthur Street, Thunder Bay. The male staff member on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of that, the hygiene standards were very poor, which is unacceptable for a food place. Customer service was lacking, and I did not feel comfortable ordering or eating there.
Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and cleanliness. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and popcorn. After waiting 10–15 minutes, I received the wrong order. It had pickles and regular mayo added, which I did not request. I called the store right away and informed them of the mistake and said I would come in for a refund. I was told they could not give a refund. When I asked for the employee’s name, he refused and said it was due to a “privacy policy.” I also asked if he was the manager, and he refused to answer. Overall, very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a simple order mistake.

I didn't even interact with the staff. We placed our order via the kiosk and they handed it to us when it was ready. Most of the tables were dirty. Not all of the lights were on in the dining room. The bathroom door didn't lock. The other customers were great. We had very pleasant visits with a local guy in for lunch and a couple that were in town from Marathon. The food was typical for KFC.
This review is specifically for Arthur Street Location in Thunder Bay. The store was Advertising a 6 piece redeemable bonus when the App is Downloaded and used to order. The App states this is not redeemable at this location. The manager refuses to honor the advertisement stating its a glitch in the App. If the ad is posted and the steps to redeem have been followed then it most certainly is the stores responsibility to honor its advertisement. The Manager of this store earns a weak 1 star for poor service. Aside from all the new age hype of unhealthy foods, I love KFC. This location has fast and friendly service in general. Lots of menu deals weekly, monthly and side salads. Bring on the herbs and and spices. 1 star rating for this location 🌟 thumbs down for service.

The chicken wasn't allowed rest before packing it up, it was to greasy. I have cooked for kfc and know how it should be.On top of that when they packed up the chicken they didn't put any parchment paper in the bottom to prevent the grease from soaking through the packaging. I don't recommend this particular location.

The server wasn't helpful, I asked for a Ginger ale I didn't get it, I asked where my drink was and she said we don't have ginger ale never told me or even offered me a different kind!! The to top it all off I found a curly black hair cooked in my food!! Disgusting
