This place is an absolute dump. Everything about this place is horrible. The workers the the store everything. The workers are rude and don't care about anything. The food takes forever I was there for 15 minutes once all by myself waiting for a go bucket, I was the only one in the store. This place needd to be investigated bye the city and needs to be shut down ASAP

Absolutely disgusting experience. I went to pick up an order and was shocked by how unhygienic this place is. Staff were handling food without gloves and showed zero concern for basic food safety. The whole environment felt careless and unsanitary. When you’re serving food, cleanliness is the bare minimum—and this location completely fails at it. I lost my appetite instantly. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about hygiene or their health.

Worst place for kfc delivery order, it's totally different thing when you get chicken dinning here and order delivery, your delivery order will contain uncooked chicken, overcooked chicken, chicken remain feathers on the skin, and expired bad chicken, if I can give 0 or negative will do so. And the kfc app not allow me to order from other stores in thunder bay like before and even your submitted report still same zero improvement.
