Terrible customer service. Rude staffs with attitude over the roof. Their attitude is higher than the humbleness. Stay away from them. Kfc at arthur is the better option in town.

Hi there I am the owner of Agarands computing inc and Agarands lawn care and snow removal and today we placed an order for 18 piece bucket and five sides for 73.44 to find out we only got 18 chicken tenders and five sides I was feeding 6 people I expectEd full size chicken for that price not chicken tenders completely different amount of food

It's very run down. And smelled really bad when I walked in. Also my plant based burger was hard as a rock. I didn't want to complain because I knew the worker and didn't want to hurt her feelings. But I won't be returning. I think the smell was grease, I really don't know. Store needs a deep clean, and rennovations.Vegetarian options: Every other store I've had the veg burger at it was pretty good.

This location is the best in town for chicken, here service is really quick just pay after ordering and the food will be right in your hands just after finishing payment. It’s always hot and fresh. People who work here so nice and friendly. This location is little old but who cares about location food and people are amazing that’s what matters

Thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. Went there to place $120 order of chicken to feed my family and waited 32 minutes without any explanation. Watched 11 people walk out with orders while I waited patiently. Got my food that was thrown on the counter and ask for napkins but the guy serving me had gone into the kitchen already. There was a girl at the front till that was listening but didn't do a thing. The guy in the kitchen then put some napkins on the kitchen counter and then just left and I said to the girl do you want me to jump the counter to get the napkins and she looked at me and didn't understand me. I then pointed to the napkins and I said I need those napkins and she finally went to get them for me. Got home with the order only to find out that they mixed up the salad and didn't even give us any coleslaw which is what we really wanted . Half the chicken was oily like it had been sitting for a while and we had to dry it off with cloths to get the dripping oils off. Seriously the worst service I have ever gotten out of any place that I've been in Thunder Bay. I really regret leaving a tip and will never go there again. Had a much better experience at Mary Brown's Fried Chicken. Cannot get over how rude the whole staff were. This was definitely not worth the 32 minute wait and $125. Could have gotten much better food and for probably less price anywhere else

The KFC on Red River road and thunder Bay need to hire more competent people. They told me it's going to take 20 minutes to order their chicken. The people before had to wait 40 minutes for chicken start hiring more Canadians. The people that work there now the immigrants they are slow. I don't know if they know what they're doing or they're just doing it for job security

Too long wait no communication not even informing anything regarding long wait literally there was no other orders while I was waiting my order was pick up too so can’t give me the excuse about cooking because it should have been ready by the time I reach 20min long wait is too much for a pickup .. clearly staff looks like not happy with the management or they need proper training on customer service it’s not just about wait it’s how being treated
