They forgot part of the order and the phone number to call them is not working

I came here to order Mighty box for 2, and they told me to order it online because it’s for only online. That’s weird because I live in Winnipeg and there I got the Mighty Box from all of the kfc store walk in, not online. Whatever I agreed and tried to order it online, but for some technical reasons maybe, it was not possible to place the order online, it was showing some error. I showed it to the employee and said look as you said I tried to order it online but it’s your server issue and I can’t do anything here right so I requested them to order it in store because I was travelling back from Toronto to Winnipeg and didn’t eat anything the whole way, I was really hungry and I don’t like anything else from kfc other than the mighty box. The employee asked her manager as well and she said NO. It’s really unexpected from a store like kfc, is there policy more important than the customer satisfaction? I explained my situation as well and I don’t know thunder bay as well so I don’t know which fast food stores are nearby. They gave damn care about this and just didn’t help me. It is really unexpected. Never going to kfc again in my life. It’s just a 12$ food, but they acted like it’s million dollar loss.

The chicken plant based burger had a ton of flavor even though I asked for non spicy it was really good also there popcorn chicken but everything else the bone in chicken lacked flavor and the fries the seasoning wasnt that great and the corn was also tasteless but good customer service they had patience with me looking over the whole menu and giving me options thank you guys?

It's almost pointless to complain because you go to this location expecting bad quality food, bad service and a dirty restaurant. Tonight I went through the drive through and they requested to take my card into the restaurant and tap without me present... this made me nervous but they said there was no other option. OK. Told it's an 8 minute wait and to pull forward. 13 minutes later my order comes missing a gravy. Go to walk in to fix it and they've locked the doors early. Get home and they forgot all the fixings on my sandwich except for the chicken patty... I wish I could say this is unusual but slow service, bad/wrong orders and a dirty restaurant are the MO here. If there's fraud on my card in the coming weeks, I'll know the source.

Fairly standard, fast food service. Signs in the restaurant warned that they were out of Ranch dip. Reality was that they were out of every dip except BBQ. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The person at the counter was pleasant but was very soft spoken which I had a hard time hearing even though I was just across the counter. Nothing special here, sadly

Wow. This place sure lost my business. I went through drive through placed my $45 order. The young lady took my order and said please pull around as it will take about 6 minutes….no problem pulled around front waited 14 more minutes in the front parking lot has she said they will bring my order out. Finally I said to my self something is wrong. When I went into the restaurant the workers were all standing around. I said what the hell is going on? All four workers were dumbfounded. Not sure what I was even talking about. Then the manager came out and she said oh I’m so sorry, They forgot to finish your order. Meanwhile, it looks like my order wasn’t even started …..waited 10 more minutes. Place is a joke never going back.

Tips at the drive through on a $5 order? The customer service person pushed the debit machine into my car door and shoved snow into my lap while saying “there’s a prompt you have to answer on the screen, hold it I’m freezing”, and they want a tip? Yelling at me over a prompt on the debit machine? I’ll skip KFC from now on, Mary Browns is better anyway
