I'm here and there is nobody at the restaurant, employees are on the phone sitting and chatting outside. Placed an order for pick up and was asked to wait 20 minutes at 8.45pm. There are just 2 employees and both are sitting, having fun. They aren't even working on my order right now. Isn't this location a fun place to work? They can't bring the order out instead asked me to drive thru again. Disgusting staffing out here.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this KFC. The employees were standing around chatting the entire time instead of focusing on their work. There were no other customers in the drive-thru or dine-in, yet my order wasn’t even started until I was already waiting for a while.
As someone who’s worked at a KFC before, I could clearly see they weren’t following any of the proper procedures. No gloves were being worn while handling food, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism from the team. It was frustrating to watch — especially knowing how things should be done.
Definitely not the level of service or food safety that KFC is known for.

service. me and a line of other cars were sent to park out by the front to wait for our food, its been well over 10-15 minutes and nothing. someone has been parked beside us LONGER than us this is an absolute joke(edit, it was the employee's mom) , do you guys even have managers on the floor? i used to work at McDonald's my managers would LOSE IT at this long a wait. at least the food tasted good and fresh so ill take back some things.

Good food, awesome friendly services wicked booty chicken!!! Lol
Store hours say open till 10pm. Go there at 9:30pm and doors are locked but sign is on. Have to go thru the drive thru. Which is bs. Quit being lazy and do your jobs like we use to. Door are open till it’s closing time. Do your clean up and go home. This is the only location in Thunder Bay that l does this.

I came here to order Mighty box for 2, and they told me to order it online because it’s for only online. That’s weird because I live in Winnipeg and there I got the Mighty Box from all of the kfc store walk in, not online. Whatever I agreed and tried to order it online, but for some technical reasons maybe, it was not possible to place the order online, it was showing some error. I showed it to the employee and said look as you said I tried to order it online but it’s your server issue and I can’t do anything here right so I requested them to order it in store because I was travelling back from Toronto to Winnipeg and didn’t eat anything the whole way, I was really hungry and I don’t like anything else from kfc other than the mighty box. The employee asked her manager as well and she said NO. It’s really unexpected from a store like kfc, is there policy more important than the customer satisfaction? I explained my situation as well and I don’t know thunder bay as well so I don’t know which fast food stores are nearby. They gave damn care about this and just didn’t help me. It is really unexpected. Never going to kfc again in my life. It’s just a 12$ food, but they acted like it’s million dollar loss.
