Shoutout to the staff working there, 2 ladies at the back and the young Indian guy at the cash register. I called ahead to place an order for lunch special, but due to some miscommunication it wasn’t ready. When I reached, they were very kind and apologetic about it. Barely took them 10 mins to make a new one, and they didn’t charge me anything because of the delay.
Some business still know how to treat client well 🤗. Made my day 🙌

Placed an order and was told 10 minutes, 25 minutes later still not ready so I just walked out, called and complained and was told by the supervisor that my order was ready two minutes after it was placed. Employee either doesn't care to look properly or were to busy laughing and taking pictures of the pizza that came out of the oven.
First and last time I'll ever be going to LC on Arthur.
Edit: as I walked out the line up was out the door, can easily see why this location is rated worse than red river.

Ordered crazy puffs for delivery. Ordered 1 order pepperoni and 2 orders of herb and cheese. Got 1 bacon cheddar, 1 pepperoni and 1 herb and cheese. Neither of us really wanted to try the bacon one so we purposely didn’t order it. The cheddar part was like liquid nacho cheese sauce and so very off-putting!

First time having little Caesars. Absolute dog shit experience. My order was completely wrong, staff won't take responsibility and could barely speak English. Never ever ordering from here again, based on the other reviews I'd stay far away from this mess of a "restaurant"

I couldnt stand to even be in the restaurant it was dangerously hot. I cant believe they let their employees sit in that God aweful heat. Its a health hazard! Like 100 degrees in the front so the kitchen is probably lethal. If this isnt rectified I wont be supporting the location.
This place used to be awesome. You went in and walked out with your pizza in minutes. Now it's always a 15-20 minute wait and slow service. Prices have also gone up way more then its worth. It used to be a cheap quick food to pickup on the go but not anymore. It's not worth the wait or price.
