Ordered pick-up, we got 2 consomee soups [previously ones we had were tasty] this time they were literally just chicken broth. Like 2 green onion pieces floating in both. We also purchased wontons, some of which were burned but otherwise as good as remembered... and then the final dish we ordered looked as if it had sat all day long, the veggies were much, the meats chewy, I was the only one brave enough to try the shrimp but after 2, I decided it wasn't worth it. I went to bed early, feeling queasy and during the early hours of the night I got righteously sick, vomiting and diarrhea. So glad I didnt eat more. It was some sort of noodle dish... I can't recall the name at the moment. I should've known better than to even try it when it looked so rough.

Decided to try Luckys as my usual place was closed. Great tasting beef and greens and fried rice but my bon bon ribs were nothing but gristle and fat. So disappointed.
Oh My Goodness!!!! So my go to is/was chopsticks and always has been but today they were closed.. so I called lucky’s from start to finish it was beyond my expectations! Kim has the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen, she’s phenomenal and goes above any beyond! From her happy voice on the phone and her excellent communication skills… inquiring about how my day was going to offering to bring another customers food to her car. They have stolen this customer !

Update February 2025 We finally got through. Someone answered the phone finally. We were happy with our order except that you really must make sure you get what you ordered. We were minus an order of spring rolls but caught it before we left the restaurant. One person was disappointed with their order because they wanted plain rice but received fried rice in the bottom of his combo meal, so there was a lit there but he didn't want flavored rice and only picked at without actually eating it. He was happy with his deep fried wontons and chicken balls, but it was all sitting in his fried rice, which means it all tasted like his fried rice that he did not order
The hours say it's open, but I've tried months ago twice and in January 2025, but there's no one answering the phone ..........

Once upon a time they had good food. Now, I gave them 2 chances to see if they have the same taste and quality but unfortunately totally disappointed. Lucky’s is done for me. Probably they’re cutting some corners.
