Working in Thunder Bay and stopped by for dinner. Great whisky selection including Powers. The owner Jarret was tending bar and provided great service along with a strong knowledge of Thunder bay history and local must see sites.
Highly recommend stopping by Madhouse if you are in town.

This place is a must-try if you’re visiting the city like I did. It offers a cool vibe, great music, and excellent service. I’d definitely return. Parking is on the street, so it’s easy to get to. If you’re not familiar with the city, I’d recommend driving.

I always love this place and have recommended it to many many people but I probably received a nasty cold from you/there Friday afternoon. Please teach your staff you don't cough and sneeze into your hand then make and serve drinks immediately after. Sneeze into your arm if you are sick and wash frequently. I did not see that 😞arghhh. Just a little common sense if you show up under the weather to keep sickness from spreading.

Very good experience. They have some good choices on both the drink and food menu. I reccomend the NY strip with the side of coleslaw, they pair nicely together. Staff was nice and made sure you were taken care of. The layout was nice aswell. They didn't have the tables really tight together to the point your elbowing people when you move around but not too far away to see what dish someone else got.
The Chicken Parm sandwich was on point.
