Mary Brown's Chicken

Finally decided to try it again after having a bad experience. This time the food was great quality, good flavour and staff are very nice. Glad to see a huge improvement since I tried it when they first opened.

I can’t say enough great things about Mary Brown’s! Every visit reinforces why it’s one of my top choices for fried chicken. We recently ordered a 4-piece combo, and once again, they delivered on quality and taste. Each piece of chicken was perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with that signature blend of spices that gives it the ideal flavor. You can tell the quality and care that goes into every bite.

This time, we also tried their new mashed potato dish, and it was a pleasant surprise. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, with just the right hint of seasoning, creating a satisfying contrast to the crunchy chicken. It’s clear they put as much thought into their sides as they do their main dishes, which adds a whole new level to the dining experience.

On top of the fantastic food, the customer service at Mary Brown’s was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They were more than happy to answer questions about the new menu items, and their genuine enthusiasm for the food was evident. It really adds a warm, welcoming feel to the whole experience, which isn’t something you find everywhere.

Overall, Mary Brown’s continues to set the bar high for fast-food dining. Their commitment to quality, both in food and customer service, keeps me coming back. Whether it’s the perfectly seasoned chicken or the new side dishes, every visit feels like a treat. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu!

Lemme start by saying WOW, juiciest chicken in town. Ate everything by myself and as such i liked Popeyes but the chicken had me saying Popeyes who ? Great taste??

This was my first time to order chicken at Mary Brown’s. it’s amazing experience. Bone in chicken was so juicy, hot and delicious. Their popinns are awesome. Staff is very polite and humble. Will be back

Food is fantastic, but wait times in the drive thru are very long. Not the fault of the wonderful employees who are always so friendly, may just be an issue of understaffing.

I have been looking forward to trying Chicken at Mary brown's in Thunder bay for awhile now, me and my sister were so glad that we did it yesterday. The chicken meal and pop ins were so delicious and the service was really great too!
Front staff was very helpful and they explain the whole menu to us. one more intersting thing they told us about Big mary sandwich, like every monday customers can get Big mary Or Spicy big mary sandwich only for 5.99$ that's amazing deal for Big mary lovers. overall, my experience was really good and i would love to go there for dine in with my family again.
