McDonald's in Thunder Bay

“I try to stay away from fast food. I ordered small decaf with one honey today. They brewed new pot so I waited a bit. Then the employee forgot my order. I waited 4-5minutes. But then the employee gave me large decaf with two honey 🙂. Forgot to get her name but she made my day. Thanks for decaf.“

“My daughter forgot her purse there today. Staff found it, put it somewhere safe, and returned it to her with her phone and money intact. In this day and age, we're truly fortunate to have food, honest people employed there: thank you so much.“

“Crazy busy, with a crowded PlayPlace! Only 2 tables in the kids' area made for a lot of parents just standing around trying to be out of the way. Interesting menu options compared to the US, but food was good!

Kid-friendliness: Decent PlayPlace, but not enough seating inside play room.“

“1st experience using reward points. It went pretty well. I had some points that were going to expire so I went on the app, picked out what I wanted for a reward. It was a quarter pounder meal so we only had to pay for the extra chicken burger and we substituted 2 large iced coffees. It was $9 something for both of us to eat.“

Used my points that were expiring for a free coffee.
I found it quite expensive these days for the breakfast sandwich. I guess inflation has to do with it.
Staff were courteous and friendly. Got my order correct.
The food was great- as I remember it from years ago.
The coffee was good too- McDonald’s is my fav coffee.

I have some gripes about the app and its rewards but that’s not related to this specific location.
I only used drive through. They were quick and efficient. Five cars ahead of me and I made it through start to finish under five mins.“
