I had to edit my review. I ordered 3 burgers 2 were McDoubles and a large coffee with 2 cream on my way home. When I got home it was a double double. I figure no big deal it was likely a Freudian slip due to me ordering 2 McDoubles. The next morning I go back buy 2 egg/cheese sandwhiches and replace my coffee. They graciously replaced my coffee but at the til the price seemed to go up a dollar. I didn't want to argue so I left. I start to eat my sandwhich and it was very dry. I check my bill and they charged me $1 for a donation that they never ssked me about. I called the store and the giy answered the phone told me they can't refund my $1 but can give me a free coffee. As for the sandwhich he argued with me saying they always butter it. I said I can't taste it and the english muffin is dry. He argued they always do but only one side now. Arguing it with me was too much I just hung up. The fact that they only butter one piece of the bread is ridiculous (even though mine was missed completely) as well.

I called to tell them they didn't butter my breakfast sandwhich and the guy said we always do butter. As ai was looking at my bill I see they also charged me a $1 donation that I never agreed to. Horrible management

Very unhappy. Didn’t realize that we got the wrong order until at home. My sons food was all wrong and couldn’t even call them since phone has been busy for 25 minutes

It might be genuinely faster to drive to another location at the other side of the city, get an order, and then come back here to attempt to turn right out of the drive through at this location. Service has been fine but man the location is just awful.

I had enough points to redeem for a free happy meal. It was not free! They quietly charged me a $1, but I look at my receipt. Despite being told that someone from the franchisee office would contact me within 5 days, I haven't heard a peep. Redeem your points, delete the app, and go somewhere that doesn't scam you or actually gives you sauce with nuggets. I can only assume there are BOXES of sauce back there. I'm convinced that you have told your employees not to give out sauce or maybe you need to do more thorough screening of employees. Dealing with customers is difficult work. Reading a list and putting ALL the items in a bag can be done by a toddler.

I just went to pick a order the manger on duty at 2:30 pm he start arguing with me and try to do racism with me . Very bad behavior experience today , never happen to me ever whenever I go there . I will not go to this place again.

If I could do no stars and still make a review I would food and drink nasty wait 30 minutes for 2 burgers 1 fry and a apple juice and my water and ice legit smelled like feces:/ never again

Since pretty much everyone ahead of me had their orders messed up I should have checked mine before leaving. I just wanted to get out of the chaotic atmosphere. Thanks for at least getting the hash brown right.

Update. Why did I try and go back. Got home and my coffee is some sort of watery liquid with four inches of milky foam on top. There is no coffee at all in this. It's like watered down milk with foamed milk on top. Who would drink an abomination like that let alone give it to someone else.

Today i visited the mcdonald’s on arthur st at 12:00am and the lady working the 2nd window was extremely rude! Rolled her eyes at us and said and i quote “Oh my god” annoyed, because they gave us the wrong order and when we handed it back they kept insisting we had the sauces when we didn’t. Then after i said twice “maybe it’s in the bag that you took back” aka the wrong order, to which she ignored me saying even though it did end up being in there and she was annoyed and ignorant with us. 0/10 customer service.

Every McDonald's is very overpriced, they've lost their way from where they used to be their corporation. Now, nothing is going to allow the by bringing down a burger by a dollar, isn't changing anything
