I'm currently about 10k km into a cross Canada trip and spend A LOT of time a McDonald's. This one is, by far, the best McDonald's I've ever been in! I was first blown away by the cleanliness and layout of the washroom. The staff were all friendly and truly seemed to enjoy working there. The dining area is very big and well laid out. All the little details really come together and create a really cool atmosphere. I don't normally do 5 stars, but this place is different! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Yoooo, i was just there the first day of the double Monopoly game play and I bought a large fry and ordered Online through the PLAY NOW app and I didn't get no code on my large fry and didn't even get my "PEEL" through the app!! And your food is getting expensive McD's. Will not be ordering from your establishment any more. Burger King is way better anyway through and through.

The toilet in the bathroom was so dirty. There was butt acrub all over the toilet.
Found this place to be quite busy when we went. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean!

The mcdonalds on arthur beside Boston pizza has little to no quality control once in awhile its all right but when its bad its horrible if I could give no stars I'd consider it I live close qnd have had. It be wrong missing items cold uncooked burnt etc steer clear and I complained and they kicked me out for my opinion which was they should fire everyone and hire robots

Came here for breakfast, but was overcharged for a simple gluten-free order. Asking for one egg patty and two hash browns was going to cost $13! Not gluten-friendly. In fact, not friendly at all.

Ordered through the McDonald's app. We spent on the delivery fee and other additional fees, only to find out that there’s a missing order. We drove back to the store, and the Indian staff in front didn’t want to believe us, like hello we won’t waste our time making up a story and drive back to your store for a burger if we really didn’t receive it. That's why we ordered, because we don't want to go out. He still needs to get advice from his manager. We realized that they had given us a cheeseburger rather than a McDouble burger when we got home. Also, when ordering fries, packets of ketchup don’t come with it. Not sure if you still have to ask for it, but never experienced this in the other branch. No doubt why people are saying that this is the worst branch in Tbay.
