My daughter placed a mobile order and had her Burger customized she realized after she was pulling out that it had everything on it. She went through the drive-thru and told them that they made her the wrong Burger, the manager was extremely rude and aggressive from the beginning asking if she had the receipt and she said no she just has the receipt on her phone because it was a mobile order he was refusing to give her the burger that she ordered which was just a plain burger. It was explained to the manager that the order was placed online and customized and she did not get it and she was willing to give back the one that they gave her and all she wanted was the burger that she ordered that was plain manager was very rude and would not take back the other burger or give her the burger that she had ordered

Every time I come, the place is spotless clean, my order is always right, and the service is top-notch.
Yes, the neighbourhood can be a bit rough, and sometimes they have some people causing problems. But they take care of it, and regain order, while still keeping it clean and getting my order quickly and right.

The power was out in our hotel so we all piled in the car to have a mcdonalds breakfast. Katie was so kind to us in a time when customer service isn't always valued. She took orders quickly, served people at their tables and helped pass out food to us all with a smile. The restaurant was clean and the people behind the counter, the people cleaning and serving were so kind. Thanks for a great mcdonalds experience.

Absolutely terrible service and staff is terrible as hell too from my previous experience. I had ordered a Mcchicken (only meat food i could eat) and diet coke. They sent me a beef burger with sprites. Called the store twice but no one picked up. Would suggest people to go somewhere else.
We pre-ordered our food online and went inside the store to pick it up. Before even leaving the parking lot, we noticed the wrap and sauce we paid for were missing — the wrap alone cost over $5.
We went back inside right away to politely let the staff know, and the manager on duty immediately dismissed us and said “the wrap was definitely there.” She refused to replace it, even after we offered to show her the bag with everything we did receive.
We weren’t rude at all until we were forced to argue just to get what we paid for. We weren’t asking for anything free — just the item they forgot to give us. The manager had a terrible attitude and zero interest in helping or taking responsibility.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. If this is how they treat customers standing right there in the parking lot, I can’t imagine how many other people leave without their full order. Won’t be back.

Pay 9$ for strawberry cheesecake McFlurry with extra cheesecake and I get 5 pieces. This happened a few days ago at this location too. Will stick to the memorial and Walmart locations that give you what you pay for

Once again, a disappointment. Ordered a single breakfast burrito. Barely any egg in it.....maybe 1.5 Tablespoon. NO salsa. Over $3 for nothing.
