Nice ambiance, clean, spacious. Kids love this place because there is an indoor kids play structure. Enough parking spaces available. Location is just close to shoping centre's in Thunderbay.
Tried the new Biscoff McFlurry and McPop, both very yummy. I like the direction McD's is taking things lately, it seems like they're trying to get back to that early 2000s vibe but with a modern twist. I appreciated the little menu cards on the tables featuring their new items as well.
I recently visited this McDonald’s and had an unpleasant experience with the service. I believe the manager should consider training the staff, particularly the Indian employees (with no intention of discrimination, just my observation). They tend to argue and even blame the customers for not specifying their orders properly, rather than simply apologizing for any mistakes.
