this particular time was just a road coffee (honestly use this location 2 times a year on our annual road trip) and have never have a bad meal or service. by way of cleanliness this location is the top 3 locations across canada that i have visited.
October 2025 definitely needs to shout out to cashier Libby and white shirt Kathleen for the best customer service!

Honestly this is just a 1 star because u don’t get stamps on ice coffee for monopoly. They cost more than a coffee but yet u get no stamps. It’s painfully obvious that they sell the most ice coffees out of their cold drinks and it’s the only reason they do not have monopoly stickers.

Around rush hour (11 am-12) the eating/sitting area will be filthy and lines in the drive thru will be crazy (not really their fault although could indicate slow service)

Online the store indicates that the drive through is open 24/7. And it's not, Multiple times now getting back from a job out of town and it's closed with the drive through blocked off. Complete false advertisement. Either change the hour's properly or just shutdown. Extremely disappointed and upset that I can't get anything to eat before having to go hone and cook after working a long shift into the early morning hour's. Corporate needs to address this or fire the management that doesn't know how to change Online hour's or is shutting the drive through down when it's supposed to be open. Further action may need to be taken.

Funky tasting fries? No problem, ask for new ones right? Made in a jiffy. Quick Look before I leave and…wait for it…I score!!! I found the golden fry! No luck though, the rest of the new ones taste like crap too! Oh no worries, just get money back…do you have a receipt? Nope - your buddy didn’t give one when he dropped my order off at curbside. Funky food, not the good funk but the up chunk funk.
Go to Wendy’s or somewhere else instead. The coffee crap (lol Apple autocorrected that one) also tastes like crap. Had to leave a review so I can remember this place and avoid it like the plague (play egg).
Had a long hair in my sausage and egg sandwich. I approached the counter to let them know and a lady without a hair net on (the only staff member without one) shook her head at me like I was being rude. Brutal.

The restaurant is consistently not open early in the mornings, specifically at 5am.
The sign states 24 hrs, they frequently have the drive-thru blocked and the doors locked. Yet the lights are on, and I can see staff members sitting at tables on their phones.
When asked, multiple excuses are given that don't usually make sense.
