Absolutely terrible service I ordered 2 wraps 2 mcgriddles and 4 hash brown and got the completely wrong order was given 1 mcgriddle 6 chicken nuggets and 2 hash brown with them being completely stunned when I asked for my correct order

Went through drive thru with the family we got 4 meals one large sized i was charged for 4 meals and one large sized and they tell me at the window i wasn’t, then i said well i want a refund if you people will not give me what i asked for and was charged for the refund was for 5$ less then what i paid head office did and refuses to do anything so still in the end i lose out? Why are McDonald’s allowed to scam people like that?
