The sign states 24 hrs, they frequently have the drive-thru blocked and the doors locked. Yet the lights are on, and I can see staff members sitting at tables on their phones.
When asked, multiple excuses are given that don't usually make sense.
It's extremely frustrating.

I try to stay away from fast food. I ordered small decaf with one honey today. They brewed new pot so I waited a bit. Then the employee forgot my order. I waited 4-5minutes. But then the employee gave me large decaf with two honey 🙂. Forgot to get her name but she made my day. Thanks for decaf.

Your hours on this site and the signs in your parking lot are inaccurate. This is not a 24 hour restaurant. Had to wait outside after placing a mobile order for the place to open.

The service was fairly efficient. The staff were polite and managed the orders promptly despite a moderate crowd. The self-order kiosks were easy to use, and my order was prepared accurately.
The cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms was decent, though there’s always room for improvement, especially during busier hours. A few tables could’ve been cleaned more promptly.
What stood out to me was the value for money. With the help of the McDonald’s app, I scored a great deal, which made the meal even more enjoyable

Really gross bathrooms, no paper in the self order kiosk, had to fight the people and show them the billing on my banking app for them to believe that I paid. Rude employees and gross bathrooms. Go to the Wendy's next door

Did I step into the twilight zone? Since when does 2 McChickens and a large fry come to 25$? Who can afford that? I miss when just a hamburger was 1.49. Also edit, what is with these fake 5 star reviews saying good pricing? Insane.

I visit this locations drive thru 7 days a week. I order the same thing each morning. They just randomly started rounding my order total up to the nearest dollar a few weeks ago. All the signs say they will ask to round up your total but for nearly 3 weeks now I have been paying more for my order and nobody has asked me once.
