When we got our food from the drive through I was eating my fries and a HAIR was inside the fry I am so disgusted

Very unprofessional service. Stopped there for a quick coffee break during my trip and when I went to use their washroom, there was no toilet paper in there. Waited around 10 minutes after asking someone to refill that but still nothing. After I followed up on that request, an employee named "Neha" who was also a shift manager, made fun of me in front of their staff which I wouldn't have caught if I didn't speak hindi. Upon asking for her name, they spiraled the conversation around to avoid giving out any names. Only when I had a long conversation with an assistant manager on duty, I got the name of who I was dealing with (not even sure if I got the correct name but she was a closing manager working 3-11pm). Upon that note, no-one was even wearing any name tags.
All in all, very unprofessional service. Staff needs to be trained on how to respect their guests better.
