I've been coming here for years, the coney sauce is undeniably unmatched. I could sit here and eat cheeseburgers all day and still crave them. I live out in Alberta but as soon as I'm in town I come and see Maria and pig out on the burgers lol. The staff is amazing, so friendly. I love the fact that the menu and the recipes remain unchanged for decades. Love coming here! I always will return here

McKellar's is a MUST even if you are popping into Thunder Bay or driving through. This little hole in the wall has been around forever! The ladies are so nice and the food is amazing!!

For such an old relic they have their product, system and service down to a science. I can’t believe how much food they get out with as little equipment as they have. Super nice people and great service. If you’re looking for value, old school burgers and dogs, this is the place. Bravo!

We grew up eating mckellar hotdogs so its nostalgic and they havent changed the recipe which is awesome because even though it's kind of out of the way (were in the country) it's worth the drive and having lunch in the booth with my family is totally worth it??
