I can’t comment on the food because we never got to the point of eating. My friend and I came in very hungry and were waiting for our order to be taken when we noticed that the server we were waiting for was busy taking the order of the people who came in five minutes after us. We had not even been asked if we wanted anything to drink. So we left. Nobody noticed.

Thoughtful people and nearly doting. Great memory, e.g. you had the mild form of butter chicken last time, did you want to try the medium heat spicing? Every question is honestly considered and answered. Great team of people, and the food is fantastic.
I had a really disappointing experience with a recent takeout order for a single Aloo Paratha. I called the restaurant on October 9, 2025, at 3:19 p.m. to pre-order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived at 3:35 p.m., I ended up waiting until 3:52 p.m. to actually receive my order. That's over a half-hour wait for one paratha that was pre-ordered! Worse yet, the food quality was terrible. The Aloo stuffing in parantha was minimal. The paratha was visibly under-cooked (half-baked). The edges were thick, can't eat it.
Suggestions to owner: I strongly suggest you review the cooking process and training for the kitchen staff responsible for this dish. The preparation quality was incredibly low and it shows a LACK OF CARE for the customers' experience.

I ordered two Tandoori chickens today, and it was the worst chicken I’ve ever had. It didn’t even taste like Tandoori — it felt like they just boiled the chicken and added some sauce afterward. The taste was terrible. It also seemed undercooked, probably because there weren’t many customers on Thanksgiving Day. It was cold and didn’t look fresh at all. I’ll never order from Monsoon on a slow day again. Absolutely awful experience — $41 for two Tandoori chickens was a complete waste of money.
