Food was decent, but they got my order completely wrong and insisted I placed an order for the wrong thing. Plus the wait was nearly an hour.
I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken for $16.30, and instead received the buttermilk chicken sandwich ($1 extra). I informed the waiter and asked about the fried chicken, to which he said “no, we don’t have anything like that here”. I was sure I ordered some form of fried chicken and not the sandwich. I even pointed to it while ordering. Another person at my table did order the buttermilk chicken sandwich, I’m assuming that’s where the mix-up came from. (To clarify, we received two buttermilk chicken sandwiches, and no buttermilk fried chicken).
Normally I would have just enjoyed the sandwich and not said anything, but I have an injury that makes it difficult to open my mouth all the way right now. In other words, it was a good sized sandwich, but not at all what I ordered. I could only enjoy a bite or two before I had to disassemble the burger. I ended up just having the chicken by itself, so I left a bit a hungry, having spent a bit more than expected.
It seemed weird that the waiter said that they didn’t have any sort of fried chicken. I asked for the menu on the way out and sure enough.. “buttermilk fried chicken.. $16.30”. If I go back, I’ll be sure to be extra clear with my order. Usually this isn’t an issue as I work in a restaurant as well and I know how to be straightforward when placing an order.
Was fun to see them ripping down the mall across the street while I ate though. Lunch and a show isn’t very common these days ;P

Co-worker ordered delivery through a delivery app, all four burgers where raw, two were much worse. The marinara sauce was weak and almost watery and the ranch had a weird flavor to it. French fries tasted like they weren't fully cooked ether. The wings were cooked and somewhat tasty and the mozzarella sticks were good, would definitely be better fresh. Overall disappointed they'd send out burgers like this.

So sorry but 3 strikes and I'm out. Was excited to try the burgers. First time there, 5p.m. no cook. Second time no buns, third time, no burgers. And that's it. Not going again.
Went for the music on Friday. Had some great food, service was excellent. Prices very reasonable. Great little hidden gem in Fort William.

Had the peanutbutter jelly burger. What surprise. So unexpectedly tasty. Reasonably priced compared to other places and best priced beers. Great afternoon stop.
