First time ever at Mr. Sub!! Amazing experience! Courtney and Shyan were so helpful! I wanted the full experience and they helped me pick out a sandwich ( Ultimate Club) and helped me choose the bread and recommended grilling it! Outstanding Service!! The Sandwich was Awesome! If your looking for a great lunch or dinner option - Go here! Cookies - Yeah!! Gotta get them!! Amazing!!

Very nice place. Shayane and Courtney are just wonderful! They are extremely kind and courteous; they help me select. After eating there just once, I now go there everyday for my supper! Nice and clean place to sit and relax after work.
This Mr.Sub is by far the best one I have been to. Very clean and inviting. Shyan was my sandwich artist, she was friendly and professional. I was explaining to my friend that I would be traveling the following day and would just eat the other half of my sub then. Shyan overheard my conversation and stated she would be more then happy to separate the 2 halves and put the mayo and other sauce on the side so the sandwich would not be soggy for me the next day. I feel she went above and beyond her job. I can't wait for my next visit.

Amazing Service at the memorial location. Shian (apologies for spelling her name incorrectly) was a delight to deal with and the sandwich was phenomenal. Please note this review is independent to the Arthur street location as the crew their during lunch needs cultural sensitivity training and I refuse to go back even though it’s closer to where I spend my hours Monday to Friday. It’s reality that more sub establishments are coming and that needs to be accepted by sandwich shops that have been in town for decades. I look forward to dining in at the memorial location next visit.

if i could give a million stars i would the staff at this location are exceptional and treat every customer like family the environment is so welcoming and they’re very accommodating 10/10 guys also the renovations look phenomenal i love coming here
