Always delicious, great staff. Love supporting local, family owned/run restaurants. You can really tell when people take pride in their work 11/10! (Pictured is Daily Chicken Ball & Shanghai Noodles). Only complaint is never enough leftoversMany comment on their odd hours (which happens, being a family restaurant), although not always ideal, they are consistently updating through their Facebook page :)Kid-friendliness: High chairs available

Wow the worst pho ever i had. It was way too expensive($17) than in vancouver area pho restaurants that i used to go and the beef is such a rubber and thick as heck. No authentic at all and even the soup taste is bland... feels like they just added instantly to serve. I used to eat here lots before i left tbay and was excited to have here back after came back but the first taste ruined my appetite. Only great was the spring rolls. Gotta find somewhere else.

While eating indoors on a Sunday evening, I found the food only fair; however, the service was slow and rude. Worse still, as I sat at my table for a full 1/2 hour after a family with young children had left, I had to look at uneaten food lying on the floor under their table before it was finally swept up. The kitchen floor was very dirty with cast-aside food lying on it.Overall, this restaurant deserves a fair rating for takeout and for in-house a poor rating.

The food was fair, but the atmosphere was not; the waitress (i.e., the owner) was rude; food spilled by a young family on the floor was left there for over half an hour; and the kitchen floor looked dirty. There are far better places for Chinese food in Thunder Bay where your patronage is appreciated.
Always great food and our orders are always on time.

We ordered enough food for 8 people and had leftovers. Everything was good except the Spring Rolls. They were so soggy and saturated with oil that we couldn't eat them. It really was like chewing leather when I was trying to bite into the end of one. Chicken fried rice was very dry, but I was impressed with the amount of actual chicken in it. Wonton soup, s&s chicken balls, bon bon ribs, vegetables chow mein Shanghai noodles, deep fried wontons, mushroom egg foo young - I think that was about it... We spent around $280, but it was my birthday!! I haven't been to this restaurant in a couple of decades because I live on the other side of the city, but I highly recommend almost everything we got.Vegetarian options: One of my grandchildren is a vegetarian, so it's really great to have good options.
