I gave this place a one star because of the beef shawarma first time I ordered it wasn't good so today I ordered it again on skip giving it a second chance that was a mistake it wasn't good I couldn't even bite through the meat but the chicken shawarma is good so, don't go with the beef it's terrible but go for the chicken that's more better

I ordered Chicken on the Rocks from Osmow’s and it was amazing! The portion was perfect, the chicken was juicy, and the sauces were on point. The food was fresh and tasted great. A special shout-out to jashan and Manan for their excellent service! They were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was prepared just right. It makes a big difference when staff care about the customer experience. Highly recommend this location — definitely coming back!

I should have gone to domino’s instead right next door
My experience at Owsmows was flat-out terrible. The beef on the sticks was hacked into giant chunks and so tough it was basically inedible. Then they messed up my order.I asked for a lamb wrap and got chicken instead. And instead of taking responsibility or fixing the problem like any halfway decent place would, they tossed it back on me and asked what I wanted them to do about their own screw-up. The service felt careless, unbothered, and completely unprofessional. I walked out feeling like they just don’t care about the quality of the food or the customers at all.
