I ordered two super size chicken shawarma wrap and got this one of the shawarma was not only super size but it didn’t even have the quantity. Really disappointed with this.

We went there to try their food first time, the guy i think his names was vishal he served us with great customer service and really helped us decide what to get, their chicken wrap and salad was great. Must visit and try this store.

The food quality is so worst. few days ago, I ordered a beef on rocks for dine in. The guy throw beef on flat top for less than two mins and served me cold meat. I don’t understand why they can’t served good quality food. Staffs are just rushing to finish order and not focused on the food

I specifically asked for a falafel on the rocks and they gave me chicken and tried to argue with me saying I didn’t order it in the first place. Last week i visited here with my folks. expectional customer service there was a guy i forget his name helped us to for deciding our meal and he also suggested us to try philly sauce and to be honest it was delicious. will come very soon permanent stop from next time.

Osmows on red river. Has a c rating. The staff and the attitude reflect the rating. They cut up the falafel and do not give you the correct amount. Customer service is not trained and the communication barrier is hard to try and work around. The other 2 locations have been fine in getting orders correct.
