This is not a shawarma actually. If any one eat real shawarma never try osmows more than once. I was in Dubai i try every type of shawarma and say 100%, you are not serving the real shawarma

I usually enjoy coming to this location, and most of the staff are very good and friendly. However, there's one tall guy with glasses who gives poor customer service and smaller portions compared to others. If I see him at the front, I prefer not to place my order. I really like Osmow's overall, but I hope management looks into this to keep the experience consistent.

Absolutely no sense of following order notes. I am a big fan of Osmows since 2019 but here its the portion is so small. Told the guys to properly put garlic sauce. I do not like to put reviews, but its my 3rd or 4th time and same thing repeatedly happened.

I have been there every time I never had an issue with any of the employee but today I went their for a lunch and I ordered a Shawrma wrap and poutine but there is a manager called Tushar he made my order and when I saw there is a very less quantity which I never got by any of the time , I asked him to make instead of making he rudely replied that quantity will be same , but he can’t make it , as a manager he need to be an good example but he doesn’t care about customer service. Also there is no greeting while taking order.There was a very less chicken, there should be an enough quantity what we are paying for management needs understand about tushar behaviour .i hope they can do better.if customer is paying 30 dollars for their food it needs be satisfied their what they are paying for.

Go to a different Osmows. The manager is extremely reluctant to give out the student deal, even when showing valid student ID WITH proof of enrollment. Guy acts like he’s in the FBI and we’re trying to get security clearance into Area 51 but still argues with us after spending 10 minutes explaining that it’s a valid student ID. Sometimes I walk in, see that he’s working, and decide to eat elsewhere in the 911 plaza because I don’t want to argue with him again just for a $1.50 discount. Never had a problem with any other customer service worker before.
