Absolutely fantastic experience at Osmows Shawarma! This is hands down the best osmoses in Thunder Bay. The flavors are incredible—the shawarma is perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. The fresh ingredients really stand out, and the variety of sauces adds a delicious twist. A special shoutout to Farhims for her outstanding customer service; she made the visit even more enjoyable. Don’t let this small grab and go franchise fool you! Thunder Bays newest Osmows location has to be the best. My food is always prompt and fresh. The young woman working the last couple times has been fabulous.

Come in, lunch time, no meat on the rotisserie, they were reheating something from a bag, looked like left over meat from day before or something precooked. This isn’t real shawarma, if it ain’t fresh! They told me the meat was too heavy so she couldn’t lift it on the vertical rotisserie, Why is she working there and no one to help her? What a joke…. I left angry. Sloppy. Nothing like the real deal in Turkey.
