Ordered pizza online, went to pick it up saying the pizza would be ready between 7:45-7:53.
Arrived at the store once it said my pizza was ready to go, waited another 20 minutes after saying my order was ready. These guys just say the orders ready when its not to increase their performance numbers, don't like being lied to. Won't come here again.

Went in for a slice today and the pizza looked like last weeks slices, walked in and walked out. Ordered twice before and was unimpressed both times. Not a giving it another shot.

Found a short black hair on my plate after eating a slice, didn’t think much of it until I found another short black hair on a new piece of pizza. Pretty disgusting 🤢

Don’t waste your money here. Unless you enjoy cardboard flavoured dough and rookie mistakes. Ordered extra sauce on one pizza but they only put it near the crust and left the rest of the pizza pretty much dry. Stuffed crust is absolutely terrible. The $25-$30 they charge for a large is a robbery. Barely any sauce on the other pizza. They also blew up one of the garlic dips while closing the box which soaked my countertop and hands after touching the soggy box. Gave this place a second chance but they will most definitely ever get a third one from me. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again.

I ordered takeout from this store. We wanted a "Pepperoni, Sausage & Six Cheese" pizza, but the lady at the counter said they don't offer that and that the menu in the store is OUTDATED. She also asked if we wanted a dipping sauce for the cheesesticks, which was confusing since their menu and delivery app indicates that cheesesticks come with pizza sauce for dipping. It seems like she wasn't familiar with their menu and what they are selling. Additionally, their boneless chicken was very disappointing. Please see photos lol not worth the $47

Good quality ingredients makes for a tasty pizza. And they offer delivery as well so I don't have to use skip the dishes 10/10
Pizza tasted like cardboard, dry and barely any toppings. Will not be back. Bryan, time to shut it down.

Ordered one XL for takeout and was informed that today was buy one get one free! Got the Zesty Italian Trio and the Philly Cheesesteak and they were both wonderful. Perfectly cooked and with (IMO) the right amount of cheese and toppings. A drive from PA but this is my new go-to for pizza in TBay.

Wife says the gluten free crust actually taste good and the rest of us really like the regular pizzas which makes Papa John's a great choice for our family.
