Pizza has no flavour, tastes like cardboard. Breadsticks dry and almost burnt - only given a tablespoon of pizza sauce for dipping. Everything was so chewy. Wings tasted like Jane’s frozen nuggets with a little bit of bbq sauce drizzled on them. 2 stars for the friendly employees at pick up but the food is probably going into the garbage. Won’t be back.

Really sad about our experience tonight as we have bought ordered numerous times and have recommended this place to admit if people. We used to say it was well worth driving across town to get.
Ordered pizza tonight and selected a pick up time. Arrived 1 minute before the pick up time and was told they just put in my pizza and that it would be 5 minutes. Waited and 15 minutes later my pizza was ready and I checked out and informed them that they looked burnt and they argued that it was not. I tried advocating for myself and was hoping they would make it right but they said it was not burnt. I asked if I got it home and it was burnt would they drive across town and they said they would.
Got home and it was not just visibly burnt but tasted horrible. Threw the pizza in the garbage and called to let them know it was burnt and again the manager argued with me but finally said he'd get a pizza driven over but they wanted the old pizza back. Said sure and waited an hour for another burnt dry pizza that was missing toppings, lacking in cheese. I accepted it because it was late and my kids need to go to bed soon but insult to injury happened when we found a hair in it. So another pizza in the garbage and at this point it feels deliberate. I had promised if they drove a pizza to me I would not write a review but I felt like the service is going down hill compared to our many previous order. Food is always solid and good, my issue is with the delivery drive who sped past us going highway speeds in a 60 (he was going at least 100) and then slid into the spot I had my signal on for. Who then didn’t wash his hands before touching toppings and food etc. To the delivery driver that drives this vehicle, get it together.

I ordered online in Uber 2 weeks ago and the pizza was bland & not tasty, price was high I just ordered 1 medium pizza & the total was 40$ compare to the another pizza franchise. Not too bad but just ok.We can eat if there is no option.

Arrived at the store once it said my pizza was ready to go, waited another 20 minutes after saying my order was ready. These guys just say the orders ready when its not to increase their performance numbers, don't like being lied to. Won't come here again.
finally tried it - its basically like dominos but the sauce and crust are sweeter in flavour. not my preference but it was alright

Found a short black hair on my plate after eating a slice, didn’t think much of it until I found another short black hair on a new piece of pizza. Pretty disgusting 🤢

Don’t waste your money here. Unless you enjoy cardboard flavoured dough and rookie mistakes. Ordered extra sauce on one pizza but they only put it near the crust and left the rest of the pizza pretty much dry. Stuffed crust is absolutely terrible. The $25-$30 they charge for a large is a robbery. Barely any sauce on the other pizza. They also blew up one of the garlic dips while closing the box which soaked my countertop and hands after touching the soggy box. Gave this place a second chance but they will most definitely ever get a third one from me. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again.
