Rude customer service .. who starts it with .. "what do u want?" ... Smallest portion sizes .. they use the smallest spoon for cheese .. it's actually embarrassing. Do not ask for more or attitude will be given . Won't be going back . Don't waste your money 🙄🤦♀️

Went to get a Pita for lunch! The lady that served me was more interested in the FaceTime person she had on her phone! Thought she was asking me questions but was told rudely she was not but talking to me and laughing with the person on her phone! I was the only one in the store! She asked me if I wanted it grilled and I did and she put It on the grill for 5 second and wrapped and handed it to me and kept talking on the FaceTime! Also the meat was still cold and I ate it! Terrible service and Pita was not that great!

Today me with my husband happened to go to pita pit ,the customer service was pathetic the person who was making out food so no hygiene while preparing our food,there was unlimited in picking veggies and cheese but she intentionally put very less amount of veggies inside our food i am a regular customer of pita pit and this made me really very sad,overall the quantity of chicken is also too less…Overall customer service of the arthur street pita pit that lady is really too bad

Waited almost 30 minutes for food service after paying. was told it was only going to be a 5-10 min wait for rice to cook and every time we asked, we were told 5 more minutes. Very unimpressed considering it wasn’t busy at all. If we were told at the beginning it was going to be a bit of a longer of wait, we would’ve understood and spent our time elsewhere and actually received food.
Service always seems like nobody wants to be there. Ho-hum... I get it, I guess, but a positive experience goes a long way to bring me back to a cool spot with food I like.

Ordered the West Coast Club today from Pita Pit for delivery . This is what we opened the bag and pulled out . How is this even acceptable ? NONE of the toppings are included and there was one piece of chicken. I paid almost $20 for this!

Stopped in for a pita, got a pita. Communication issue with the cashier ended up with incorrect ingredients on the grill was corrected promptly when I pointed it out. Food was good, service was passable and atmosphere was ok.
Parking: Parking is cramped with the ice cream store next door.
