Placed an order. 1 Hour in I call Pizza Hut to check the status of the order and was told the food should be there in 5 minutes. 30 Minutes later I call again was told the food was not delivered as I did not answer the door when they knocked. I live in an apartment building. They did not call nor ring my buzzer. They apparently just knock on a lobby door. I was then told I can re-order or cancel. Total time of to get order 2 hours and 15 minutes. Where I waited outside the second time until my food arrived and they still didn't go to the front door. I had to go find them in the parking lot. Poor Service

I just picked up my order from the pizza hut at memorial location. I specifically requested light sauce on my pizza. But when I opened the box, there was way too much sauce. I usually order from here and it’s always perfect but this time it has too much sauce and not properly cut ?

I had a terrible experience while trying to order a pizza over the phone. When I called, the worker was incredibly rude and dismissive. She refused to accept my order without providing any valid explanation, and then abruptly hung up on me. Despite trying to remain polite and patient, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior. When I attempted to call back, the situation worsened. She accused me of harassing them, which was completely unfounded as I was merely trying to place an order for a pizza. This baseless accusation was both shocking and insulting. She then hung up on me again, further compounding my frustration. I tried calling one more time, hoping to resolve the issue, but I was ignored. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling disrespected and unjustly treated. Such poor customer service is unacceptable and has made me seriously reconsider ever ordering from this establishment again.

Received my order within 30 minutes. Delivery guy was friendly. Food was hot & tasty. Will order again.
Great pizzas at a very reasonable price. For atmosphere its 1 cause there is no proper dine in option. They have some stools and table but the ambiance is not very nice at all!
If you buy one medium or large pizza you can get other medium ones with upto two toppings for $5. The pizzas were great.

I struggled to understand the accent of the person taking our order, and though she said "bone in or boneless" three times exactly the same it really didn't help but eventually my daughters friend figured it out.One of our pizzas was supposed to be half pepperoni but they missed that completely.Other than that the food was very tasty.
