It’s my first time to visit Pizza Hut it was really amazing watching people working so hard,staff was friendly and store are clean,definitely will recommend Pizza Hut

December 18th 2025, I had ordered my family a game box ( 2 medium pizzas and boneless wings) nothing to fancy. I had placed my order for delivery around 8PM and was told my wait time was going to be a hour and a half because they were slightly backed up, no problem I said okay and started to wait; a hour and a half went by still no pizza, waited another 30 minutes and still no pizza. I then called called and the man on the phone told me the pizza would arrive within 10 minutes as they were getting ready to leave the store with it, so of course I said okay thank you no worries. 30 minutes go by and still no pizza. I then try calling the store again and immediately get hung up on, my father then had called and a lady picked up my dad very friendly asked and explained to her about our wait time, the lady was very rude over the phone and had told my dad “This is our wait time if you don’t want to wait I will cancel your order and you can go somewhere else” my dad had mentioned I have been waiting 2 and a half hours, how much longer, the lady on the phone then said another 30 minutes by then it would be arriving at 11PM! Absolutely not! We then cancelled our order and didn’t end up having dinner.. I definitely think if you give someone a time please stick to it. 3 hours for a pizza wow unbelievable!! Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. When I walked into the store, the General Manager, Ronnie, spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. His attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. I asked if Navneet could take my order because she is always polite and helpful, and she knows exactly how I like my pizza. While she was preparing my order, the manager kept questioning her and commenting on what she was adding, almost as if he was trying to interfere with my order. It felt disrespectful to both of us and completely unnecessary. I have been a regular customer here, but this kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Navneet provided great service as always, but the manager’s attitude really ruined the whole experience for me

I wont lie, I felt bad because I ordered really late at night, but the guy who answered at the call center was so chill and nice about it! The food was good as always and it came at a reasonable time too. Props to Pizza Hut for never letting me down on a late night snack

Youxun was my delivery driver today but I called and couldnt find a way to leave him a good review. He was polite ans friendly and he has one of the best personalities of a delivery worker most are fast to drop and run but he was very kind.

Ordered a Large Pizza, double pepperoni with cheese. Barely got any cheese, and just normal pepperoni. What are they doing charging 30 dollars for a pizza with barely any cheese and charging extra for normal toppings? all these fast food places went to complete 3rd world standards.

Won't be ordering from them again, they messed up my order and gave me the wrong pizza, which is no big deal. Called and the person I called said no problem well give you a free pizza just call when you want it, now they are refusing to honour it. So I guess they'll tell you whatever they can to get you off the phone with no intent on following through.

I ordered two pizzas online for carryout at a specific time and when I picked them up at the specified time they tasted like they had been cooked over an hour before. They were cold and not very good. The people were nice but the pizza was cold and not good.

Thank you for the amazing service today! I was exhausted and kids were cranky after a day of travelling. Decided to pick up some pizza and bring to our campsite. Jay helped us out and provided exceptional customer service! Thanks for helping us out! Fast and services will a smile and great attitude. Place was very clean and well kept.

Placed an order. 1 Hour in I call Pizza Hut to check the status of the order and was told the food should be there in 5 minutes. 30 Minutes later I call again was told the food was not delivered as I did not answer the door when they knocked. I live in an apartment building. They did not call nor ring my buzzer. They apparently just knock on a lobby door. I was then told I can re-order or cancel. Total time of to get order 2 hours and 15 minutes. Where I waited outside the second time until my food arrived and they still didn't go to the front door. I had to go find them in the parking lot. Poor Service

I just picked up my order from the pizza hut at memorial location. I specifically requested light sauce on my pizza. But when I opened the box, there was way too much sauce. I usually order from here and it’s always perfect but this time it has too much sauce and not properly cut ?
