Very disappointed by the Pizza Hut as being a vegetarian I found the piece of meat in it that’s not ethical at all . Not only it did ruin the meal but it also shows the lack of care in handling the customer orders properly this is very frustrating and disappointing.

Had delivery. Pasta was hot and the boneless wings were better than anywhere I've had. The driver was polite( took the time to ask how my day was going). All in all a good experience 😋

Ordered handcrafted, but looks like thin crust Didn’t taste Alfredo sauce at all, it’s so dry. Same pizza hut but Memorial ave, much better taste… weird. I would order from Memorial ave next time again.. even it’s further

Picked up pizza during visit at inlaws. Knew they liked Ooey Gooey Good Pizza (old ad for Pizza Hut when I was a kid), so ordered with extra sauce, double ingredients and extra cheese. Pizza was flat, dry, and had almost no cheese. Awful. Like they made a regular pizza then found a way to dessicate it further.

Placed an order for carryout. I was told it was ready at 6:34pm. I drove to the store and arrived at 6:35pm, to be told it would be another 30 minutes at least. I called and asked if I could be notified when it’s actually ready so that I wouldn’t make another trip in 30 minutes just to find out I’d have to wait again - I was told the only tracker available for that is the online tracker, which says it’s ready at 6:34pm (which is not accurate), and the person on the phone estimated 45 minutes to one hour. After hearing this I decided to cancel the order since the estimated times are now 30mins-1hour after the first time given, and I cannot justify driving back a second, possibly third time to pick up a pizza.

The service here was really great and so was the food! But what was really concerning was whoever drives car 86 with the plate CDRW332 zoomed and drifted into the parking lot? Those Nissans’ are super top heavy… also the parking lot was super dry so definitely not good for the tires. He almost hit his coworker’s car in the process…I think the worst part was he strutted out of the car when the drift was mediocre…it was just cringe and embarrassing but also super dangerous because people walk in the parking lot considering it’s 1:15PM on a Sunday.
