Edit - The person at the front took our order started making pizza took another order handling the dirty money, then went back to making food with the same gloves, when went to ask for my money back was digging in the garbage can with the same gloves, and seemed confused on to why I didn't want to eat their food. Do not order food here if it is any where near closing.. I ordered a half hour before and they had to have done what they did on purpose. Has to throw all the food away and I'm never ordering anything from pizza pizza Northwood. When staff hates their jobs this much in it's a sign of poor management.

I told the guy to cut the broccoli into small pieces and the guy just refused it and told that he cannot alter it as it only goes the way it comes. I just told him Bro literally just cut down the broccoli into small pieces with your hand and the pizza was terrible and the guy was not in a good mood since I told him that that you gotta do it or I’ll just refuse the order. I think they need some good stuff over there with the positive attitude and should learn some work ethics that Customer is priority is equal to God for a business.

I Live close by and it’s such a big change. Napkin dispenser hasn’t been refilled, when I ask for paper plates.( None they say) and the guy who placed my order was selfish. Blue gloves touching the screen with the gloves he uses to cook with as well.
