I never seen pizza with little chicken and little veggies it s like your eating only bread with chesse and the chicken wings was very black inside that mean very old only is the fries other than that very bad

Pizza was ok in taste.Staff was good, we tried two different kind of pizzas which was good.I just had concerns about waiting is too much time. Please kind attention to that, I know sometime is busy but try to fix this if possible.

Ordered pick up pizza ×2 @ 1046 P.M.went to pick up pizza. Told it will be five minutes. Waited 2o mins only to argue with Jasmine. Our pizza sat out for 15 minutes above the oven. As we waited for her the finish her conversation with the employee. Very rude behavior at the till with Jasmine.as she says she was making the pizza. But standing and talking with another employee who was at the front desk for the last 20 minutes. I'm not from Thunder Bay but will order from another organization other than pizza pizza from now on. 39 years of pizza pizza. No more. Issac was the employee that cooked our pizza not Jasmine. But she came up to argue.

Very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza. I requested the pizza to be regularly baked, but it was delivered lightly done, which really affected the taste and quality. On top of that, it was missing the creamy garlic drizzle and olive oil I specifically added to the order.
To make matters worse, the delivery arrived over 10 minutes past the guaranteed delivery time. When you're paying extra for customizations and timely service, it's frustrating to get neither.

I recieved delivery from the driver Simone and he was rude firstly payment machine was not working secondly pizza he took in front of me from his car pizza is upside down and not even cut

The location is ok, my issue continues with corporate that their paltry incentive to make up for horrible service elsewhere is too difficult to apply (have to phone their call centre to order, indicate incentive on file , yada yada…. Clearly their dedication to customer service is only words).

This was my first time ordering from here and we were very happy with the pizza we ordered. Took about 15 minutes and it was cooked just right with ample toppings! The restaurant is big and has an area with nice benches to wait for your order! Thank you thank you pizza pizza! We will be back!
