The staff was really good - fast and helpful while ordering. Its all about the pizza quality. It was a little dry and even the toppings doesn’t seem to be Pizza Pizza quality standards. Store is at very good location and has nice staff members. There is so much sitting area as well. But Pizza Pizza should work more for the quality they are delivering.
I tried the veggie pizza at Pizza Pizza and was pleasantly surprised. The toppings were fresh and well distributed, with a good mix of vegetables that didn’t feel soggy. The crust was crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the cheese-to-sauce ratio was just right. It’s a solid vegetarian option that’s flavorful and filling. Would definitely order it again, especially for a quick and satisfying meal.

Me and my family stopped here after a very long road trip for a bite to eat. After waiting approximately 20-30 minutes for 2 medium pizzas in a relatively empty store the pizzas came back burnt. We didn’t make a fuss about the chicken pizza with burnt crust because it was still tolerable but the pepperoni one was too bitter to consume. When we went to the front and spoke with a staff member and her supervisor (both female, weren’t wearing name tags) the instant response was “no it’s not burnt”. Where is customer service standard? are you told to dismiss your customers right off the bat? Then after a small argument they reluctantly agreed to remake the pizza. Once it came back and we mentioned how poorly they handled it the staff seemed to gang up on us. The supervisor who we were speaking to was listening until an employee jumped in to once again say “it wasn’t burnt” as if accusing us of lying. The two supervisors working both became dismissive with the female one suddenly switching up and telling my father he’s polite but my mother has been rude (meanwhile the employee kept arguing in the background with other customers waiting in line by the way to say that my father was being rude whilst she’s being nice and doesn’t deserve to be spoken to like this). My father asked if there was anyone else he could speak to and there was a male supervisor silently watching the whole interaction who then spoke up saying he’s a supervisor and kept saying my father was being aggressive and said to just take the pizza and leave and stop arguing. All we kept asking was for proper customer service and not to be dismissed and accused. Truly disappointed in this pizza pizza branch. I cannot believe we were expected to just take this kind of treatment. We paid for the pizza the least we could’ve gotten was a simple sorry and a remade pizza. This branch was amazing before when there were different staff members working but now it’s just embarrassing to even go here. I saw many customers cussing the staff out under their breaths while leaving the store. Do better pizza pizza.

Orderd two Pizzas for Dine in at 4:59 pm...on 27th December.....both pizzas got served after 20 minutes wait time. Both were over cooked and burned ....specially the one with Peproni was bitter in taste due to over cooked and burned crust....while complaint about this to duty supervisor (by the way none of the staff were wearing name tag) supervisor were dealing the situation little bit more professionly then all of a sudden another south asian small girl (probably from india) jump in into the conversation very rude and in insulted way while I said to her that I am talking to your supervisor she created a seen and keep arguing very rudely. I am not sure where Pizza Pizza standard has gone??? I request to the management of Pizza Pizza please trained your staff atleast basic customer service skills.....it was anawful exposure and I planned never return to this store.

Great place that is locally owned and operated and has been for as long as i can remember. The staff, including the owner is very friendly. I have yet to be disappointed with any of my orders, will continue to return again and again.

Ordered pizza yesterday. The service was fast and the staff followed the detailed instructions about pizza being well done, thin crust, seasoning and all. They never disappoint me. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Pizza was ok in taste.Staff was good, we tried two different kind of pizzas which was good.I just had concerns about waiting is too much time. Please kind attention to that, I know sometime is busy but try to fix this if possible.
